Every part is engineered, tested, and proven in real desert and off-road conditions.

What FitS the Gen 2 Raptor ▾View

Every product in this collection is built specifically for the second-generation 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor.

Many components are also compatible with the 2017–2020 F-150 (non-Raptor) when noted on the product page.

Do I Need to Replace My Leaf Springs? ▾
  • For maximum rear travel, our 5-link rear suspension conversion replaces the factory leaf springs with a coil-over or bypass shock setup. Other upgrades, including bump stops and limit straps, improve stock-style suspension performance.
Will These Upgrades Fit a 2017-2020 F-150? ▾
  • Many of our Gen 2 Raptor suspension components are compatible with the 2017–2020 Ford F-150. Check the fitment notes on each product page to confirm compatibility for your specific truck.

Why Do Foutz Top Hats Need to Be Serviced? ▾
Billet Aluminum top hats utilize a serviceable and replaceable uniball that will have to be serviced from time to time. The uniball is pressed into the billet aluminum housing that we manufacture and the uniball will wear out over time but can be easily replaced with a low cost replacement. The uniballs are not something we manufacture at Foutz Motorsports. The uniball is designed to be a wear item and to be replaced when they start to wear out.
What Products Require Professional Installation? ▾
  • It is highly recommended all of our parts are installed by an experienced individual or shop.
  • It is also recommended that any suspension work is followed by an alignment.
  • It is recommended that any fabricated Foutz product requiring welding is done by a professional.
Where Are Your Products Made? ▾
  • Every Foutz upgrade is designed, laser cut, CNC bent, and machined in-house at our facility in Mesa, Arizona, USA.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us. We can assist you with finding a shipping broker to ship products to other US friendly countries.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days after it leaves our facility. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). Products we have in stock at the time of order normally ship within 48 hours. Products not in stock can take 4-6 weeks depending on production. Consult your customer service representative for details on product stock and how quickly an item can ship to you.

Are Products in stock or built to order?

We try to maintain reasonable stock of all of our Foutz Motorsports manufactured parts but sometimes we will run short and have to manufacture more to fill orders. Some items we only build to stock due to complexity of a kit or sometimes higher cost items would be built to order. Best to consult your sales representative for details on what we have on hand before placing your order. Normally production time runs up to about 4-6 weeks for any items that we dont have on hand.
