• Billet upper control arm kit at stock length.
• Fabricated lower control arms at stock length.
• Billet tie rod kit for the 2027 TRX steering.
• Front limit strap and bump stop kit for the stock lower arm, controlling both ends of front travel.
• Billet top hat at stock height, replacing the factory shock top mount with a machined billet piece.
• 1.5" front leveling kit using our under-spring preload collar, retaining the factory shocks and springs.

Arms and axle location

Billet aluminium rear suspension arm kit, plus an adjustable rear suspension kit for dialling in geometry.

Panhard bars

Adjustable panhard bar kits in two joint types — heim joint for precision and minimal deflection, Johnny Joint for a quieter ride and longer service life on a street-driven truck. Both let you re-centre the axle after a ride height change.

Bump stops and lift

Rear bump stop kit with optional hydraulic bump stops, and a rear spring spacer lift kit in 3/4" and 1" to match front leveling.

A new truck means the aftermarket is thin for the first year or two, and the parts that do appear are often adapted from something else. Ours are not — the arms, collars and panhard bars here are machined around the 2027 TRX suspension specifically.

Front lift is currently offered in 1.5" only on this platform. The 2021–2024 TRX has a wider range of 1.5", 2" and 2.5". If you need more than 1.5" on a 2027, talk to us rather than assuming an older kit will transfer.

What front lift heights are available for the 2027 TRX?

1.5" front, using our under-spring preload collar. A rear spring spacer lift kit is available in 3/4" and 1".

Will my 2021-2024 TRX parts fit a 2027?

Do not assume so. The 2027 is treated as its own platform and parts are listed by year. Check each product page.

Heim joint or Johnny Joint panhard bar?

Heim is more precise with less deflection and is the race choice, at the cost of more noise and shorter life on the street. Johnny Joint style runs quieter and lasts longer in daily use. Both adjust axle centring.

Do I need a leveling kit and a panhard bar?

If you change ride height meaningfully, an adjustable panhard bar lets you re-centre the rear axle afterwards. On a 1.5" front-only leveling kit the rear is unchanged, so it is less critical.
