2021+ Ford Bronco Off-Road Parts

Suspension, protection and interior gear for the 2021 and up Ford Bronco. The 6th-gen Bronco left the factory with independent front suspension and a coil-sprung 5-link rear, which makes it a very different build than a solid-axle truck. Everything here is machined and fabricated in Mesa, Arizona by Foutz Motorsports.

Know Your Package Before You Order

Ford sold the Bronco with three very different shock setups, and several parts on this page depend on which one is under your truck.

Lift works the same way: the HOSS 3.0 Spring Collar Lift Kit gives 1.5", 2" or 2.5" on HOSS-equipped trucks, while base and Sasquatch trucks use the 1" or 1.5" front leveling kits and the 1.5" rear lift kit.

Front Suspension

  • Control arms — billet aluminum upper arms, fabricated upper arms and fabricated lower control arms, all at stock length so nothing changes about your track width.
  • Long travel — the +3" Long Travel Front Suspension Kit with fabricated upper control arm, for owners going after real desert speed.
  • Reinforcement — lower arm pivot gusset kits (slotted and slot-delete versions), rear pivot reinforcement brackets and the lower A-arm slot block kit.
  • Steering — HOSS billet half tie rod kits, full billet tie rod kits and 14mm or 16mm tie rod support sleeves.
  • Shocks — King 2.5 front and rear with compression adjusters, King remote reservoir fronts, and ADS 3" x 8" three-tube bypass shocks for mid travel builds.

Rear Suspension

Billet aluminum upper and lower rear arms, a complete billet rear arm kit, and three ways to correct rear axle centering: a billet panhard bar with Ultra-Flex joint, or adjustable panhard bars in Johnny Joint or heim joint versions. Adjustable and hydraulic rear bump stop kits handle the big hits.

Protection

Front skid plate, fuel tank skid plate, rear differential skid plate, rear lower arm frame guards with replaceable HDPE slides, and a rear shock guard mud flap kit. The HDPE skids are sold separately as wear items, so you replace the plastic rather than the whole guard.

Inside and On Top

Fold-down GPS roof mounts for the Garmin TREAD XL and Lowrance HDS7 Live and Carbon, Adapt-A-Panel interior roof panels for the front, rear and full sections, a tailgate fold-down table, and a tailgate folding table with PACKOUT storage mount.

Ford Bronco Fitment FAQs

Which rear shock skid fits my Bronco?

It depends on the shock, not the year. Base and Sasquatch trucks use one kit, HOSS 3.0 trucks use another, and the Bronco Raptor uses a third. Check what is on the truck before ordering.

Do Bronco Raptor parts fit a standard Bronco?

Some do and many do not. The Bronco Raptor is wider with different suspension geometry. Interior panels, tailgate tables and some light mounts cross over; suspension parts generally do not. Each product page lists exact fitment.

Do I need an adjustable panhard bar after lifting?

Yes, if you have added meaningful lift. Raising the truck shifts the rear axle sideways relative to the frame. An adjustable panhard bar re-centres it. We offer Johnny Joint, heim joint and billet Ultra-Flex versions.

Are these parts made in the USA?

Yes. Foutz Motorsports machines and fabricates its billet and steel components in Mesa, Arizona.
