4th Gen Tacoma Suspension

4th Gen Tacoma Suspension

Billet suspension components for the 2024 and up 4th generation Toyota Tacoma. CNC-machined in Mesa, Arizona from the same programs that build our Ford Raptor and Ram TRX suspension.

Front

  • Billet Upper Control Arm Kit — stock length. Replaces the factory stamped upper arm and its ball joint. At stock length it keeps your track width and alignment straightforward, while correcting ball joint angle on a lifted truck and freeing up tire clearance.
  • Billet Aluminum Front Shock Top Hats. A stronger replacement for the factory shock top mount — the part that takes every impact the shock passes up into the chassis.

Rear

Billet Rear Lower Suspension Arms with Ultra-Flex Joints. The Ultra-Flex joint allows far more articulation than a rubber bushing without binding, and unlike a bushing it can be serviced rather than pressed out and replaced.

Service Parts

Billet aluminum top caps for the upper control arm kit, offered in raw, black anodized, blue and FOX orange.

Tacoma Suspension FAQs

Will these fit a 3rd gen Tacoma?

No. These are specific to the 2024 and up 4th generation truck.

Do I need upper control arms with a leveling kit?

Once the front is raised, the factory upper arm operates at an angle it was not designed for and the ball joint becomes the limiting component. A billet arm with a uniball corrects that and removes the wear point.

Why billet instead of fabricated?

Billet gives repeatable geometry with no weld distortion and a very clean finish. For a stock-length arm on a street-driven truck it is the better choice. Fabricated arms make more sense at long travel widths.

What does the Ultra-Flex joint do that a bushing doesn't?

It handles much more misalignment without binding, which matters as soon as the suspension is cycling through real travel, and it is serviceable.
