Ram RHO Bed Racks

The RHO is a crew cab with a short bed, and once you load a spare tire in it there is not much left. That is the problem the modular organizer solves: it moves the spare, the fuel and the recovery gear up off the floor and into a structure, so the bed floor underneath stays open.

It matters most on a long day. A 37 inch spare lying flat takes the whole bed. Standing up in a tire carrier, it takes a corner.

The organizer mounts to proprietary bolt-in cleats that sit flush with the bed ribs. That is the part most racks get wrong — a bolted-in rack usually leaves brackets sticking up that you then work around forever.

Pull four quick-release pins and the entire rack comes out of the truck. What is left is flush cleats and a flat bed floor. Put a load of gravel in it on Saturday, put the rack back Sunday morning.

Configure it with:

• Single Tire Carrier — one full-size spare, upright and out of the way.
• Dual Tire Carrier — two spares for long desert runs where a second flat ends the trip.
• Fuel jug trays for VP Racing 5 gallon jugs (10 x 10).
• Chase Rack Add-On Light Mount Kit for rear-facing lighting.
• Quick Release Upright Support Tubes to build the rack taller.
• Mac's Custom Tie-Downs 35 to 40 inch Y-straps with twisted snap hooks to strap it all down properly.

The RHO is new enough that the aftermarket is still catching up. What we build for it today:

• Rear Shock Skids — a 2025+ Ram RHO specific kit that protects the lower shock and axle mount.
• Lift Collars and Leveling Kits — RHO front lift.
• Off-Road Lighting — NACHO, Rigid Industries and Baja Designs pods to hang off the chase rack light mount.

Will this fit the RHO bed?

Yes. The Ram 1500 RHO is sold as a crew cab with the short bed, and the organizer is built around that bed with cleats that bolt into the bed ribs.

Do I have to drill the bed?

The cleats use the bed's existing rib structure. Installation detail for your truck is on the product page and in our install instructions.

Can I run a tonneau cover with it?

No — the rack stands above the bed rails. That is exactly why the quick release matters: pull four pins, put the cover back on.

What size spare will the tire carrier hold?

It is built for full-size truck spares including oversized off-road tires. Exact capacity is listed on each carrier's product page.

Can I start small and add later?

Yes. Start with the base organizer, then add a tire carrier, jug trays, the jack mount or the light mount kit whenever you want. Nothing has to be bought up front.

Is it made in the USA?

Yes. Designed, laser cut, machined and welded at our shop in Mesa, Arizona.
