Which lights fit these mounts?

Any of them, within reason. The mounts use a universal hole pattern rather than being cut for one brand's housing. Check the dimensions on the product page against your light.

Do I need to cut or drill my bumper?

No drilling is required and the bumper stays on the truck. The stock bumper kit bolts to existing factory structure using the OEM bumper hardware.

Two things to know on the smooth non-modular Gen 3 bumper. A rubber strip runs across the top of the bumper and needs a small amount trimmed so the mounting plate clears it — a rubber trim strip rather than the bumper's finished surface, and hidden under the mount once installed. And the kit includes an optional L-shaped bracket that helps limit vibration at the front bumper mounts; fitting it does require drilling the stock bumper, and leaving it off changes nothing about how the mount installs. A-pillar or bumper — which first?

Bumper for distance and speed, A-pillar for corners and side visibility. If you only do one, most people start at the bumper; if you already have bumper lights and still cannot see into corners, the A-pillar pods are what you are missing.
