Full-width front bumper light mount bars

Our signature kit. A single radius-bent bar that spans the front bumper and gives you a continuous slotted mounting surface — run one 40″ light bar, a row of pods, or a mix. Every full-width bar will carry a 40″ light bar, up to six 6″ round lights, up to four 9″ round lights, or five NACHO Grande lights.

Modular bumper light mount brackets (light tabs)

If your truck came with the factory modular bumper and you only want one pod light per side, these bolt-on light tab brackets are the clean, low-profile answer. Sold in pairs.

A-pillar light mounts (ditch light mounts)

A-pillar mounts — what a lot of people call ditch light mounts — put a pair of pods up high at the base of the windshield for close-in corner and trail lighting. They mount at the factory A-pillar location using existing hardware.

Race truck style light bar mounts

The design came off our own Gen 2 stock class race truck. We built that mount for the real thing, then carried the look over to these kits — a taller, more aggressive front bumper light bar setup that gives a street or trail truck the desert race stance. Same styling as the race truck, built for the truck in your driveway.

• Use any light you want. Our top plates are slotted, not drilled to one brand's bolt pattern. Baja Designs, Rigid Industries, NACHO, KC, Diode Dynamics — 6″ and 9″ rounds, LP4/LP6/LP9 pods, or a 40″ curved light bar. You are not locked into a light package somebody else picked for you. A full-width bar will carry a 40″ light bar, up to six 6″ rounds, up to four 9″ rounds, or five NACHO Grande lights.
• Bolt-on, no fabrication required. Every mount uses your factory bumper structure and existing OEM hardware. How much hardware depends on the truck — the Super Duty kit shares a single existing front bumper bolt per side, while the Raptor, Bronco, F-150 and Ranger Raptor kits use several bumper bolts per side. Common hand tools, no welding, and no drilling required. Most of the non-modular-bumper kits do need a small amount of clearancing — a plastic bolt cover or a rubber trim strip — so the mount can reach its mounting surface; it is not visible once installed, and the FAQ below spells out which kits and what is involved. Hardware and installation instructions are in the box.
• Sensor and radar safe. Our mounts are shaped to clear the factory parking sensors and the adaptive cruise control radar. No error codes, no dash warnings, no disabled driver-assist features.
• Real steel, not a stamped bracket. .120″ wall, 1.75″ diameter mild steel tube with .190″ steel mounting plates. Radius-bent to follow the factory bumper line so it looks like Ford could have built it.
• We cover the whole Ford lineup. Most light mount companies build for one platform. We build for eight — Raptor Gen 2, Gen 3 and Gen 3.5, F-150, F-150 Tremor, Ranger Raptor, Bronco, Bronco Raptor and Super Duty — including the modular bumper trucks a lot of manufacturers skip.

How hard is a light mount to install?

It is a bolt-on job with common hand tools — most people have it on in an hour or two. Every kit mounts to the factory bumper structure using existing OEM hardware. The Super Duty kit shares a single existing front bumper bolt on each side; the Raptor, Bronco, F-150 and Ranger Raptor kits use several bumper bolts per side. Nothing needs to be welded, cut or fabricated. Five kits also include an optional L-shaped vibration support bracket — see the next question. Do I have to drill my bumper to install a light mount?

No drilling is required and the factory bumper stays on the truck. Every kit bolts to the factory bumper structure using the existing OEM bumper hardware, nothing is welded, and the A-pillar ditch light mounts need no drilling or cutting at all.

Most of the non-modular-bumper kits do need a small amount of clearancing so the mount can reach its mounting surface, and none of it is visible after the install. On the 2020 and up Super Duty, the plastic cover that hides the bumper mounting bolts is clearanced so the tube can pass through to the mounting surface behind it. On the Gen 2 Raptor, Gen 3 Raptor with the smooth non-modular bumper, both F-150 kits and the Ranger Raptor, a rubber strip running across the top of the stock bumper is trimmed so the mounting plate clears it. Either way you are working on a plastic cover or a rubber trim strip, not on the bumper's finished surface. The modular-bumper kits — Gen 3.5 Raptor, F-150 Tremor, Bronco and Bronco Raptor — need none of it.

Drilling only enters the picture with one optional part. The Gen 2 Raptor, Gen 3 Raptor (smooth non-modular bumper), 2021-2023 F-150, 2024 and up F-150, and Ranger Raptor kits include a small L-shaped support bracket that helps limit vibration at the front bumper mounts. It is optional, and installing it does require drilling two small holes in the stock bumper. Leave it off and the mount still installs correctly with nothing on the truck drilled — plenty of customers run without it, and plenty add it later once they have settled on their lights. Will these light mounts work with any brand of light?

Yes. The mounting plates are slotted rather than drilled to a single bolt pattern, so you can run Baja Designs, Rigid Industries, NACHO, KC HiLiTES, Diode Dynamics or anything else. That includes 6-inch and 9-inch round lights, LP4, LP6 and LP9 pods, Adapt bars and 40-inch curved light bars. On a full-width light mount bar you can run a 40-inch bar, up to six 6-inch rounds, up to four 9-inch rounds, or five NACHO Grande lights. Lights are sold separately — you buy the mount, you pick the light.

Will a front light mount block my parking sensors or adaptive cruise control?

No. Our mounts are shaped and positioned to clear the factory parking sensors and the adaptive cruise control radar. You keep every factory driver-assist feature, with no error codes or dash warnings. Where you position the lights themselves still matters — keep pods off the radar face.

What is the difference between a full-width light mount bar and modular bumper light tabs?

A full-width light mount bar spans the entire front bumper and gives you one continuous slotted surface, so you can run a long light bar or several pods and change the layout later. Modular bumper light tabs are two small individual brackets, one per side, for a single pod light each — lower profile, lower cost, and the better look if you only want two lights.

What is an A-pillar or ditch light mount?

An A-pillar light mount bolts to the base of the windshield pillar using factory hardware and holds a pod light on each side, aimed out and down. They are commonly called ditch lights because they light up the edges of the trail right beside the truck, where a forward-facing bumper light bar cannot reach.

Do the kits include lights?

No. Light mount kits ship as the mount hardware only. That is deliberate — it keeps the price down and lets you run the light you actually want. We stock NACHO, Baja Designs and Rigid Industries lights if you want to add them to the same order.

Which light mount fits my truck?

Use the fitment table above and match your model year plus your bumper type. The key question on the newer trucks is whether you have the smooth stock bumper or the factory modular bumper — they take different kits. Gen 3 Raptors with 35-inch tires use the smooth bumper kit, while 37-inch tire trucks and the Raptor R use the modular bumper kit. How long does it take to get a light mount?

We normally have light mounts in stock and ready to ship. If the kit you want happens to be out of stock when you order, it takes roughly 2-4 weeks for us to complete the next production run — we build these in-house rather than pulling them off an import container, and every mount is welded, finished and inspected in our Mesa, Arizona shop before it ships.
