Ram 1500 TRX & RHO

Ram 1500 TRX & RHO

Ram 1500 TRX and RHO, Built by a Ford Race Shop

Suspension, protection, bed racks and steering for the 2021-2024 Ram TRX, the 2025+ Ram 1500 RHO and the 2027+ TRX. Machined and fabricated in Mesa, Arizona.

Foutz Motorsports came up through Ford desert racing, and we brought the same approach to Ram when the TRX launched — billet and fabricated arms, real bump stop control, and armour on the parts that actually take hits.

Find Your Truck

The three Ram platforms share a name but not all their parts. Start with the right one:

Truck Years Collection
Ram 1500 TRX 2021–2024 Ram TRX (2021-2024)
Ram 1500 RHO 2025+ 2025 Ram 1500 RHO
Ram 1500 TRX 2027+ 2027+ Ram TRX

Check the year on each product page before ordering. Suspension and skid plate fitment is year-specific even where the part looks similar.

What We Build for Ram

Front suspension & steering

Billet and fabricated upper control arms, fabricated lower control arms at stock length, billet tie rod and half tie rod kits, sway bar links for stock bars with fabricated arms, billet top hats, and front bump stop and limit strap kits.

Leveling & lift

Front leveling kits using our under-spring preload collar design — 1.5", 2" and 2.5" on the 2021–2024 TRX, 1.5" on the RHO and the 2027 TRX — plus rear spring spacer lift kits in 3/4" and 1".

Rear suspension

Billet aluminium rear suspension arm kits, adjustable panhard bars in Heim joint and Johnny Joint versions, adjustable rear suspension kits and rear bump stop kits with optional hydraulic bump stops.

Protection

Underbody skid plate kits, rear differential skid plates, rear shock skid kits and rear shock guard mud flap kits — all platform-specific.

Bed storage

Quick-release modular bed organizers with single or dual tire carriers, fuel jug trays, jack mounts and light mount add-ons.

Why a Ford Race Shop Builds Ram Parts

It is a fair question. Foutz Motorsports built the first Ford Raptor to race the Baja 1000 in 2008 and has run Ford desert programs ever since. When the TRX arrived we approached it the same way we approach a Raptor: find where the factory truck runs out of control, and build the part that fixes it.

That means the same under-spring preload collar design rather than a block spacer on top of the shock, the same billet arm construction, and the same attention to bump stop and limit strap control at the end of the stroke. Nothing here is a Ford part with different bolt holes — the arms, collars and skids are machined around the Ram front and rear suspension specifically.

Ram TRX & RHO FAQs

Are TRX and RHO parts interchangeable?

Some are, many are not. The 2025+ RHO and the 2021–2024 TRX share a great deal of chassis architecture, but suspension and skid plate fitment is listed per year on each product page. The 2027 TRX is treated as its own platform.

What front leveling heights are available?

The 2021–2024 TRX is offered in 1.5", 2" and 2.5". The 2025+ RHO and the 2027+ TRX are 1.5" front only. Rear spring spacer kits come in 3/4" and 1" across all three.

Do the leveling kits need new shocks?

No. Our collars install under the coil spring on the shock body and add preload to the factory spring, so the factory shock package is retained.

Are these parts made in the USA?

Yes. Foutz-branded Ram components are machined and fabricated in-house in Mesa, Arizona.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock items normally ship within 48 hours, with standard shipping 3–5 days after dispatch. Built-to-order items typically run 4–6 weeks. We ship to the United States and Canada.
