Toyota Tacoma 4th Gen

Suspension and gear for the 4th generation Toyota Tacoma, 2024 and up. The new Tacoma is a genuinely capable platform and we have started building billet suspension for it in Mesa, Arizona — the same parts, the same machining, as our Ford and Ram programs.

What We Make for the 4th Gen Tacoma

  • Billet Upper Control Arm Kit (stock length) — CNC-machined aluminum arms that replace the factory stamped arm and its ball joint. Corrects geometry once the truck is lifted and adds tire clearance.
  • Billet Aluminum Front Shock Top Hats — a stronger replacement for the factory shock top mount.
  • Billet Rear Lower Suspension Arms with Ultra-Flex Joints — the Ultra-Flex joint handles articulation without the bind and wear of a rubber bushing.
  • Billet Aluminum Top Caps — service and finish parts for the upper control arm kit, in raw, black, blue and FOX orange anodized.

Plus off-road seat back panel kits with recovery gear or with shovel, hammer and fire extinguisher.

Tacoma Questions

Do these fit the 3rd gen Tacoma?

No. These are for the 2024 and up 4th generation truck. The platform changed significantly.

Do I need upper control arms if I have a lift?

Once you lift a truck with independent front suspension, the factory upper arm runs at an angle it was not designed for and the ball joint becomes the limiting part. A billet arm with a uniball corrects the angle and removes that wear point.

What is an Ultra-Flex joint?

A joint that allows significantly more misalignment than a rubber bushing without binding, while still being serviceable. It is what makes a billet rear arm work off-road rather than just look good.

Are more Tacoma parts coming?

Yes. This is an active program. Call the shop if there is something specific you want for your build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us. We can assist you with finding a shipping broker to ship products to other US friendly countries.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days after it leaves our facility. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). Products we have in stock at the time of order normally ship within 48 hours. Products not in stock can take 4-6 weeks depending on production. Consult your customer service representative for details on product stock and how quickly an item can ship to you.

Are Products in stock or built to order?

We try to maintain reasonable stock of all of our Foutz Motorsports manufactured parts but sometimes we will run short and have to manufacture more to fill orders. Some items we only build to stock due to complexity of a kit or sometimes higher cost items would be built to order. Best to consult your sales representative for details on what we have on hand before placing your order. Normally production time runs up to about 4-6 weeks for any items that we dont have on hand.
