F150 2024 - UP and F150 Tremor

The 14th-generation F-150 carried forward the 2021+ chassis, so many of our 2021-2023 suspension components carry over to the 2024, 2025 and 2026 trucks. What changed is the front end: the Tremor package introduced a modular front bumper, and that bumper takes a different light mount than the standard F-150 bumper. Choose your mount by bumper, not by year.

Two upgrades solve most of what owners want out of a 2024+ F-150 front end — more tire clearance and better geometry at ride height.

• Billet Upper Control Arm Kit (stock length) — CNC-machined billet aluminum arms with a 1.25" uniball, fitting 2015-2025 F-150. Available raw, black anodized, blue, or FOX orange.
• Billet Top Hats — a direct replacement for the factory shock top mount, available in stock height, 3/4" lift (Phase 1) and 1.25" lift (Phase 2), in standard and Heavy Duty versions.

Top hats work with the factory shock, so you get level stance and a bit more tire without buying a full coilover package. Heavy-duty versions are the pick for trucks that see whoops, chase-truck duty, or added front weight from a bumper and winch.

For trucks getting serious rear work, this collection includes the Gen 3 Raptor 5-Link Rear Axle Mount Kit (weld-on upper, lower, panhard and spring mounts), the Rear Spring & Panhard Bar Mount Kit, and complete Gen 2 to Gen 3 rear suspension conversion kits in standard and long-travel configurations.

• Front light mounts for stock and modular bumpers, plus A-pillar light mount kits and Gen 3.5 bracket pairs. Universal design — run whatever light bar or pods you already own.
• Center dash fold-down GPS mount for the Garmin TREAD XL, purpose-built for the 2024+ F-150 and Gen 3.5 Raptor dash.
• Modular bed organizer components — bolt-in and quick-release upright support tubes for dual tire carriers, bolt-in aluminum fuel jug trays, VP Racing fuel jugs and Mac's Custom Tie-Down Y-straps.
• Front tow hook license plate mounts for the standard F-150, the Tremor, and the Gen 3.5 Raptor — no drilling into the bumper.

Do 2021-2023 F-150 parts fit a 2024 or 2025 F-150?

Most suspension components do. The billet upper control arms and billet top hats in this collection are listed for 2015-2025 F-150, and the rear 5-link and panhard mount kits cover 2021 and up. Front bumper-mounted parts are the exception — the 2024+ trucks and the Tremor's modular bumper use different light mount kits than the 2021-2023 bumper.

What is different about the F-150 Tremor front bumper?

The Tremor package uses a modular front bumper with removable end caps and integrated mounting provisions. It's a better starting point for lighting than the standard bumper, and our Tremor-specific front light mount bolts to those factory provisions — no cutting, no drilling.

How much lift do the billet top hats provide?

Three options: stock height (no lift, for owners who just want a stronger billet mount), Phase 1 at 3/4" of lift, and Phase 2 at 1.25" of lift. All three use the factory shock.

Do I need new upper control arms if I install a lift top hat?

At 3/4" to 1.25" of lift the factory arms will function, but a billet upper control arm with a 1.25" uniball corrects ball joint angle, eliminates the factory ball joint as a wear point, and adds tire clearance. Most customers running 35" or larger tires pair the two.

Are these parts made in the USA?

Yes. Foutz Motorsports designs and manufactures its billet and fabricated components in Mesa, Arizona.
