Gen 2 to Gen 3 Raptor Long Travel Rear Suspension Conversion Kit

Whether you want more out of your regular 2015 up F150 or Gen 2 Raptor this kit has everything you need to accomplish the task.

This kit has everything you need to convert your Gen 2 Raptor to use a full 5-link rear suspension similar to the Gen 3 Raptor rear suspension, but with a big upgrade in wheel travel.  You can use any of our heavy duty fabricated rear links or our upgraded billet aluminum rear links and special fabricated adjustable Panhard bar to work with our ultimate conversion kit.  Combine all of this with our thru the bed coil over rear bed cage to relocate the shocks up thru the bed and maximize the wheel travel in the rear.  This kit changes the Panhard bar mount and length to allow for more travel out of the 5-link rear suspension to be able to take advantage of the longer travel spring and shock combination that holds back the Gen 3 stock rear suspension.

Kit includes:

• Rear link mounts that weld to the frame in the stock Gen 3 location
  
• Rear axle mount kit with all brackets and mounts to convert your rear axle to have all of the long travel 5-link pick up points
• Bed cage that works with a thru the bed coil over shock mount
• Long travel Panhard bar mount for the frame and extended adjustable fabricated Panhard bar to work with the enhanced geometry
• Hardware kit - nuts and bolts required to assemble the kit and mount the axle, links etc.

What Choices you will have to make for the rest of your kit:

• You can also run the stock rear links if you want to find some take offs or you can also use our super cool bad ass billet aluminum rear links with the kit.  You can also choose to use our stock length heavy duty fabricated rear links with the kit.  You can make your choice and add the items to your kit
• On the rear shocks.  This kit was designed to use an extended shock and spring package to allow the additional wheel travel so you can choose from several 16" travel coil over shocks and just place the rear lower shock mount in the correct spot to match up to the Fox, ADS, or King shock lengths.

Other Questions:

• Yes you can use our rear bump stop kit with this kit.  And you will want that for sure!!
• Yes this kit will work with both 35" and 37" tires with no problem.  But we recommend 37" tires.  You can also run bigger with some mods if you want to really be a baller.
• Yes this kit will work with our rear axle diff skid 
  
• You can use this kit for a plus 3 wider rear axle kit if you want and we make the mounting brackets for the rear axle to accommodate larger diameter axle tubes on request.
• This kit will only work in stock Raptor width or wider.  You cant use this on a standard regular F150 without getting a Raptor width rear axle and wider rear body.  The kit wont clear on the narrower standard F150 width.
