2024+ Raptor / R

The Gen 3.5 keeps the Gen 3 chassis and the coil-sprung 5-link rear axle, so most suspension architecture carries over. Three things did change, and each one creates its own part number.

• The dash. Centre dash GPS mounts are not interchangeable with Gen 3. The 2024+ truck takes its own TREAD XL mount.
• Front end and ride height. Top hat lift options are different: the 2024+ truck runs 1" and 1.5" where the 2021-2023 truck ran 1.5" and 2". Ordering a Gen 3 top hat for a 2024 truck gets you the wrong stance.
• Front bumper. Light mount kits and ADD bumper fitment are year-specific.

Arms, tie rods, rear links, panhard bars, skids, bed racks and most protection carry across. Each product page lists exact fitment — check it rather than assuming.

Bolt-on, factory shocks

Front leveling kits and billet shock top hats in 1" (Phase 1) and 1.5", standard and heavy-duty, plus rear spring spacer lift kits. All designed around the factory Live Valve shock.

Arms, steering and joints

Billet upper control arms at stock length, fabricated lower control arms, a fabricated front spindle kit, billet full and half tie rod kits, and billet aluminium rear arms with Ultra-Flex joints.

Travel

Mid travel front kits with billet or fabricated upper arms, the +3" long travel front kit, long travel rear cantilever kits, and adjustable panhard bars in heim and Johnny Joint form.

Control

Front and rear bump stop kits, limit strap kits, and sway bar kits — split by engine (V6 EcoBoost or V8 Raptor R) and by lower arm (stock or fabricated).

Shocks and springs

FOX 3.2 Live Valve internal bypass front and rear shocks, ADS 3.0 adjustable coilovers and 4-tube bypass shocks, and Geiser coil springs including Raptor R specific front and rear kits.

• Underbody skid plate kits covering the oil pan, transmission and transfer case.
• Rear differential skid plates, standard and heavy duty.
• Lower control arm skid plates for trucks on factory arms.
• Aluminium rear shock guards, full-length and extended, including a version cut for the FOX 3.2 Live Valve internal bypass shock.
• Rear shock guard mud flap kits — heavy rubber on a steel bracket, stopping the roost that kills shock seals.
• Shock module sensor guard for the Live Valve wiring, and lower arm pocket reinforcement.

In the bed: modular bed organizers, single and dual quick-release tire carriers, chase racks, fuel jug trays, Packout tool box mounting plates and quick-release jack mounts. The system is modular, so a configuration can change as the truck's job changes.

Lighting: front light mount kits for the 2024 bumper, A-pillar pod mounts, and license plate mounting kits. ADD front bumpers are listed as well.

Inside: the fold-down centre dash Garmin TREAD XL mount built for the 2024 dash, centre dash panel kits, a billet stubby antenna kit, a third brake light antenna mount, and Adapt-A-Panel seat back organizers.

Is the 2024 Raptor a different truck from the 2021-2023?

Not fundamentally. Same chassis, same 5-link coil rear. Ford refreshed the front end, the dash and the shock package. We treat it as its own platform for parts because enough changed that assuming carry-over will get you the wrong box.

Will Gen 3 top hats fit my 2024?

No. The lift options are different — 1" and 1.5" for 2024+, 1.5" and 2" for 2021-2023. Order by model year.

Will my Gen 3 GPS mount fit?

No. The dash changed. See Gen 3.5 GPS Mounts.

Does the Raptor R take the same parts as the standard Raptor?

Mostly, with two exceptions: sway bar kits are engine-specific, and Raptor R spring kits are listed separately because the V8 is heavier over the nose.

Can I run a bigger tire?

Usually yes, with a leveling kit and attention to wheel offset. How far you can go depends on your wheel and how much trimming you will accept. Call (480) 718-9800 with your specs.
