A full-length aluminum rear shock guard that completely replaces the factory plastic guard on the 2017–2020 Gen 2 and 2021–2026 Gen 3 Ford F-150 Raptor. Laser cut from 6061-T6 aluminum tubing, sold as a pair, with hex head bolts included.
Heavy off-road use damages the rear lower shock guards and then the shock shafts. Roost thrown by the front tires can do heavy damage to both rear shocks in as little as 1000 miles in the dirt. This guard covers the lower bolt area and the main shock shaft in aluminum instead of plastic.

Why Replace The Plastic Guard
The rear shocks sit right in the path of everything the front tires throw. Rocks and gravel hit the lower end of the shock and the guard over the shaft at speed, and the factory plastic guard is not built to take that for long. Once the guard is worn through, the shaft itself is next, and a damaged shaft can no longer seal properly.
This guard replaces the plastic completely rather than adding a piece over it. It runs the full length, covering the lower bolt area as well as the main shock shaft.
How It Is Built
- 6061-T6 aluminum tubing, laser cut.
- Full length: protects the lower bolt area and replaces the plastic guard over the main shock shaft.
- Plastic guide screws at the top keep the aluminum guard from rubbing on and damaging the shock body.
Fitment
Fits the Gen 2 Ford F-150 Raptor (2017–2020) and the Gen 3 Ford F-150 Raptor (2021–2026).
- Only fits factory shocks.
- Sold as a pair. The 2021 and newer Raptor requires two guards, one for each side.
