F150 2015 - 2020

This is what most people come to this page for. Three kits do the heavy lifting:

• 2015+ F-150 to Gen 2 Raptor Coil Bucket Conversion Kit — brings the front of the truck to Raptor coil bucket geometry, which is the prerequisite for running Raptor front suspension parts.
• Gen 2 to Gen 3 Raptor Rear Suspension Conversion Kit — moves the rear to a modern link setup.
• 5-Link Mid Travel Rear Suspension Kit with thru-the-bed bypass shock — for a rear that works with the bed rather than around it.

All are weld-in, shop-level jobs. None are bolt-ons.

The Billet Upper Control Arm Kit covers 2015-2025 with a 1.25" uniball. The F-150 Lower Control Arm Pocket Replacement Kit covers 2015-2026 and is the answer for trucks with cracked or elongated arm pockets — by this point in these trucks' lives, worth inspecting.

The 2017-2024 Raptor and Raptor R skid plate kit, the 20" rear travel bed organizer kit, the rear bed cage shock tower built for 20.25" of wheel travel, bed organizer panel kits, and the PACKOUT universal mounting plate. Inside, a fold-down Garmin TREAD XL centre dash GPS mount and the 110W Kenwood radio centre console mount. Raptor roll cage kits are listed for 2015-up F-150.

Can I put Raptor suspension on a regular F-150?

Substantially, yes. The coil bucket conversion handles the front and the 5-link kits handle the rear. It is real fabrication work, not a parts swap, but it is a supported path and we sell every piece of it.

Should I check my lower arm pockets?

On a truck this age that has seen dirt, yes. The pocket is a stamped part that spreads and cracks over time. The replacement kit is far cheaper than the alternative.

Do 2021+ F-150 parts fit my truck?

Front parts often do — control arms and top hats are listed 2015-2025. Rear suspension and light mounts are usually era-specific.

Will the bed organizer work with a bed liner?

Depends on the liner. The cleats bolt in flush with the bed ribs, so a drop-in liner may interfere. Call us with what you have.
