2015-2024 Ford F-150 Upgrades

Ten model years of Ford F-150 in one place — 2015 through 2024. The aluminum-body F-150 shares more with the Raptor than most owners realise, and that is what makes these trucks worth building. Machined and fabricated in Mesa, Arizona by Foutz Motorsports.

Two Chassis Eras, One Collection

The 2015-2020 trucks and the 2021+ trucks are different underneath, and it matters for the rear suspension conversions. Front parts — billet upper control arms, top hats, pocket replacement kits — span the whole range. Rear conversions are era-specific, so read the years on each product page carefully.

Front Suspension

  • Billet Upper Control Arm Kit (stock length) — fits 2015-2025, 1.25" uniball, available raw, black, blue or FOX orange.
  • Billet Top Hats — stock height, 3/4" lift (Phase 1) and 1.25" lift (Phase 2), in standard and heavy-duty. All use the factory shock.
  • Mid Travel Front Suspension with Billet Upper Arm — shared with the Gen 2 Raptor.
  • F-150 Lower Control Arm Pocket Replacement Kit — for trucks with worn or cracked arm pockets.
  • 2015+ F-150 to Gen 2 Raptor Coil Bucket Conversion Kit — moves the front of a standard F-150 to Raptor coil bucket geometry.

Rear: The Raptor Conversion Kits

This is the reason a lot of people find this page. The 5-link Raptor rear suspension conversion kits are listed for F-150 as well as Raptor and take the rear end to 19 inches of travel. There is also a 5-link mid travel rear kit with a thru-the-bed bypass shock, the Gen 3 Raptor 5-link rear arm frame mount and spring/panhard mount kits, stock location shock mount kits, and Gen 1 to Gen 3 conversion pieces. All are weld-in, shop-level work.

Lighting, GPS and Bed

Front light mounts for the stock bumper, single tube light mounts, and Gen 2 Raptor A-pillar mounts. Fold-down centre dash GPS mounts for the Garmin TREAD XL and Lowrance HDS7 Live and Carbon, matched to your dash year. Bed organizer components including 20" rear travel bed organizer kits, upright support tubes, fuel jug trays, cross members and the PACKOUT universal mounting plate.

Ford F-150 Build FAQs

Can I put Raptor rear suspension under a regular F-150?

Yes. The long travel 5-link rear conversion is explicitly listed for F-150 and Gen 2 Raptor and reaches 19 inches of travel. It requires welding and is not a driveway job, but it is a real, supported conversion.

Which top hat lift should I choose?

3/4" Phase 1 levels most trucks. 1.25" Phase 2 gives more tire clearance. Heavy duty versions are worth it if you carry a front bumper and winch or land hard regularly.

Do 2015-2020 parts fit a 2021-2024 truck?

Front suspension parts largely do — the control arms and top hats are listed 2015-2025. Rear conversion kits and light mounts are more year-specific.

What is a coil bucket conversion for?

It replaces the standard F-150 front coil bucket with Gen 2 Raptor geometry, which is the starting point for running Raptor front suspension components on a non-Raptor truck.
