Once you add lift, plan on an adjustable panhard bar. Lifting the truck moves the rear axle sideways relative to the frame, and the panhard bar is what re-centres it.

The Bronco's front lower arm pivot area is the part that shows wear first on trucks that get used. We make a lower arm pivot gusset kit with slots, a slot-delete version with fixed holes, rear pivot reinforcement brackets, and a lower A-arm slot block kit. Doing this before adding travel is cheaper than doing it after.

Billet aluminum upper and lower rear arms, a complete billet rear arm kit, and three panhard bar options — billet with an Ultra-Flex joint, adjustable with a Johnny Joint, or adjustable with a heim joint. Adjustable and hydraulic rear bump stop kits for the big hits.

Billet tie rod kits, HOSS billet half tie rod kits, and tie rod support sleeves in 14mm and 16mm. Shock options include King 2.5 front and rear with compression adjusters, King remote reservoir fronts, and ADS 3" x 8" three-tube bypass shocks for mid travel.

Do I need an adjustable panhard bar with a lift?

Yes, on anything beyond a mild level. Without it the rear axle sits off-centre, which shows up as uneven tire-to-fender gaps and odd handling.

Which sway bar kit do I need?

It depends on your lower control arm. There is a kit for Foutz fabricated lower arms and separate sway bar links for running the stock sway bar with fabricated arms. The stock-arm and fabricated-arm parts are not interchangeable.

Do Bronco Raptor suspension parts fit a standard Bronco?

Generally no. The Bronco Raptor is wider with different geometry and different shocks. Check the fitment listed on each product page.

Can I run long travel on a daily-driven Bronco?

You can, but the +3" kit widens the track and is a fabrication-level install. For a truck that mostly sees pavement and trails, arms plus a lift collar or leveling kit is the better value.
