2021+ Ford Bronco Billet Aluminum Upper Arm Kit - Stock Length

Description

Stock-length billet aluminum upper control arms for the 2021 and newer Ford Bronco, CNC machined in-house in Mesa, Arizona, with a 1.25" FK uniball at the spindle and 7/8" FK rod ends at the frame. They work with the stock spindle and bolt on directly.

The upper arm sets the camber and caster of the front wheel. With rod ends at the frame mounts, these arms are fully adjustable for both, and the uniball at the spindle gives a solid pivot as the suspension cycles.

What Is In The Kit
  • 1 right side and 1 left side billet aluminum upper arm, each with 7/8" FK rod ends and 17-4 stainless spacers at the frame and a 1.25" FK uniball with 17-4 stainless spacers at the spindle
  • 2 FMI billet bearing caps
  • 1 hardware kit

Why Replace The Upper Arms

The upper control arm locates the top of the spindle. Its length and mounting positions decide the camber and caster the front wheel runs at, and its joints decide how precisely the spindle is held as the suspension cycles.

These arms keep stock length, so they bolt straight in. What changes is the hardware: a 1.25" FK uniball at the spindle and 7/8" FK rod ends at the frame. The rod ends let you adjust caster and camber directly at the arm, which gives you control over the alignment that a fixed arm does not.

A direct bolt-on part, designed to work with the stock spindle. The kit includes a hardware kit.

Four finish options: raw billet aluminum, black anodized, FOX orange anodized and blue anodized. Choose yours in the options above.

Do these work with my stock spindle?

Yes. They were designed to work with the stock spindle as a direct bolt-on.

Are they adjustable?

Yes. The 7/8" rod ends at the frame make the arms fully adjustable for caster and camber.

What joint is at the spindle?

A 1.25" FK uniball with 17-4 stainless spacers.

Are these longer than stock?

No. This kit is stock length.

Where are they made?

CNC machined from scratch in-house at our Mesa, Arizona facility. 100% made in the USA.

 Improper cleaning can permanently damage the anodic coating on billet aluminum parts, causing fading, staining, or discoloration. 

SOAPS / CLEANERS THAT DAMAGE :
High-pH (alkaline) soaps, degreasers, and acidic wheel cleaners can fade, stain, or strip anodized aluminum, especially when they contain sodium hydroxide (lye) or other strong acids. Heavy-duty fast-acting alkaline cleaners designed for engine bays or wheels should not be used on anodized surfaces.

❌ WHAT TO AVOID :
High-pH (alkaline) cleaners
• Heavy-duty degreasers
• Wheels / engine bay cleaners
• Oven cleaners (e.g., Yellow Cap, Easy-Off)
• Products containing sodium hydroxide (lye)
• Damage the anodic coating 
Hot Surfaces
• Never wash in direct sunlight, as heat accelerates chemical damage
 Acidic cleaners
• Wheel cleaners with strong acids
• Nitric or sulfuric-based cleaners
• Aggressive aluminum cleaners
 Aluminum brighteners or etchers

• Products designed for raw or polished aluminum can strip the anodized coating

✅ HOW TO PROTECT ANODIZED ALUMINUM:

pH-neutral soaps 
• only use cleaners with a pH between 6–8
Wash on cool surfaces
• Avoid direct sunlight or hot parts
Test small areas first
• Always try new products on a small, hidden area
Safe Alternatives:
• Isopropyl alcohol (used carefully and sparingly)
• Mild Automotive Car Wash Soap
