2021+ Bronco Rear Suspension Upper Billet Aluminum Arms

Description

Billet aluminum rear upper arms for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco, with 1" FK uniballs and CNC machined 17-4 stainless steel heim spacers. They fit the stock mount locations and use a urethane wobble stopper to keep the arms in alignment.

The factory rear arms locate the axle through rubber bushings that deflect under load. These arms replace that rubber with uniball joints for more precise axle location.

This kit does not include a panhard bar upgrade.

Why Replace The Rear Upper Arms

The rear upper arms control axle wrap and hold pinion angle. Every load through that arm passes through its joints. From the factory those joints are rubber, which is soft on purpose for isolation, so the axle can move relative to where it should be when the rear is loaded.

A billet arm on 1" uniballs gives each end a defined pivot. The urethane wobble stopper keeps the arm in alignment, and the stainless spacers locate it in the stock mounts.

Fitment

Fits the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 Ford Bronco, in the stock rear upper arm mount locations.

This kit replaces the rear upper arms only. The rear lower arms and the panhard bar are separate.

Finishes

Four options: raw billet aluminum, black anodized, FOX orange anodized and blue anodized.

No. This kit does not include a panhard bar upgrade.

Do these bolt into the stock mounts?

Yes. The 17-4 stainless heim spacers are designed to fit the stock mount locations.

SOAPS / CLEANERS THAT DAMAGE :
High-pH (alkaline) soaps, degreasers, and acidic wheel cleaners can fade, stain, or strip anodized aluminum, especially when they contain sodium hydroxide (lye) or other strong acids. Heavy-duty fast-acting alkaline cleaners designed for engine bays or wheels should not be used on anodized surfaces.

❌ WHAT TO AVOID :
High-pH (alkaline) cleaners
• Heavy-duty degreasers
• Wheels / engine bay cleaners
• Oven cleaners (e.g., Yellow Cap, Easy-Off)
• Products containing sodium hydroxide (lye)
• Damage the anodic coating 
Hot Surfaces
• Never wash in direct sunlight, as heat accelerates chemical damage
 Acidic cleaners
• Wheel cleaners with strong acids
• Nitric or sulfuric-based cleaners
• Aggressive aluminum cleaners
 Aluminum brighteners or etchers

• Products designed for raw or polished aluminum can strip the anodized coating

✅ HOW TO PROTECT ANODIZED ALUMINUM:

pH-neutral soaps 
• only use cleaners with a pH between 6–8
Wash on cool surfaces
• Avoid direct sunlight or hot parts
Test small areas first
• Always try new products on a small, hidden area
Safe Alternatives:
• Isopropyl alcohol (used carefully and sparingly)
• Mild Automotive Car Wash Soap
