Bronco Lift Kits That Keep the Factory Springs

HOSS 3.0 spring collar lift kits, Sasquatch front leveling kits and rear spring spacer lift kits for the 2021 and up Ford Bronco. Every kit here raises the Bronco with a machined collar under the factory spring, not a block on top of the shock, so the suspension does not over-droop and bind the ball joints and CV joints. Machined in Mesa, Arizona.

Which Bronco Lift Kit Fits Your Bronco?

The right kit depends on which shocks your Bronco came with from the factory.

Your Bronco's factory shocks FMI lift option
Fox HOSS 3.0 HOSS 3.0 Spring Collar Lift Kit: 1.5", 2" or 2.5" of lift
Sasquatch package with Bilstein shocks 1" front leveling kit or 1.5" front leveling kit, plus a 1" rear spring spacer kit or 1.5" rear lift kit

The HOSS 3.0 kit is built only around the factory Fox HOSS 3.0 shocks. The Sasquatch kits will not work with HOSS 3.0 shocks. Check which shocks your Bronco has before ordering.

Building a Bronco Raptor? It has its own lift collars. See Bronco Raptor Suspension.

How an Under-Spring Lift Collar Works

Every kit on this page raises the Bronco the same way: a machined aluminum collar or spacer sits under the factory spring, above the lower spring perch. That adds preload to the factory spring and raises the ride height, while the factory springs and shocks stay in place.

Why not a block on top of the shock?

A block on top of the shock mount moves the whole shock down. That lets the suspension droop farther than it was designed to, which puts bind on the ball joints and CV joints and leads to premature failures. An under-spring collar raises the truck without changing the geometry that way.

Sasquatch Leveling and Rear Lift Kits

For 2021 through 2026 Ford Broncos with the Sasquatch package and factory Bilstein shocks.

  • Front leveling kits, 1" or 1.5": two raw aluminum coil spring collars that mount to the shock body under the lower spring perch. Brings the front up so the Bronco sits level with the rear.
  • Rear spring spacer kits, 1" or 1.5": two machined aluminum rear coil spring spacers that add rear ride height and keep the factory rear springs.

Not compatible with HOSS 3.0 shocks.

Installation and Alignment

Installing any of these kits means compressing the coil spring. Professional installation with the correct spring compression tools is highly recommended, because a coil spring under tension can cause injury or damage if handled incorrectly.

Get the Bronco aligned after the lift is installed to prevent uneven front tire wear.

Factory Broncos can sit at slightly different ride heights because of variations in factory spring rates, so final height can vary from truck to truck.

After the Lift: Adjustable Panhard Bar

Once you add lift, plan on an adjustable panhard bar, also called a track bar. Lifting the truck moves the rear axle sideways relative to the frame, and the panhard bar is what re-centers it.

More on why in Adjustable Panhard Bars.

Ford Bronco Lift Kit FAQs

Which lift kit fits my Ford Bronco?

It depends on the factory shocks. A Bronco with Fox HOSS 3.0 shocks uses the HOSS 3.0 Spring Collar Lift Kit. Any 2021 through 2026 Bronco with the Sasquatch package and Bilstein shocks uses the 1" or 1.5" front leveling kit with a matching rear spring spacer kit.

Do I need new springs or shocks to lift my Bronco?

No. These kits keep the factory springs and shocks and raise the Bronco by adding spring preload with an under-spring collar or spacer.

Do I need an alignment after leveling my Bronco?

Yes. Get the truck aligned after install to prevent uneven front tire wear.

Do I need an adjustable panhard bar with a Bronco lift?

Yes, on anything beyond a mild level. Without it the rear axle sits off-center, which shows up as uneven tire-to-fender gaps and odd handling.

Will these kits fit a Bronco Raptor?

The Bronco Raptor has different shocks and geometry, and its own lift collars in the Bronco Raptor Suspension collection.
