Description
A full-length aluminum rear shock guard that completely replaces the factory plastic shock guard on the 2017–2020 Gen 2 and 2021–2026 Gen 3 Ford F-150 Raptor. Laser cut from 6061-T6 aluminum tubing, it protects the lower shock bolt area and the main shock shaft. Sold individually.
The Raptor is at home in the dirt, but heavy off-road use damages the factory plastic rear shock guards and then the shock shafts behind them. Roost thrown by the front tires does most of it, and both rear shocks can take heavy damage in as little as 1000 miles in the dirt.

Why Replace The Plastic Guard
The rear shocks sit right behind the front tires. Every rock and chunk of dirt the front tires throw goes straight at them. The factory plastic guard is the only thing between that roost and the shock, and it wears through or breaks.
Once the guard is gone, the shock shaft is exposed. A nicked or pitted shaft damages the shock seal as it strokes, and a leaking shock has to be rebuilt or replaced. This aluminum guard takes over the plastic guard's job completely, covering the main shock shaft and the lower bolt area.
How It Is Built
- 6061-T6 aluminum tubing, laser cut
- Full length: replaces the factory plastic guard rather than adding to it
- Plastic guide screws at the top keep the aluminum guard from rubbing and damaging the shock body
Fitment
Factory shocks only. The guard is made to fit the Raptor's factory rear shocks.
- 2017–2020 Gen 2 Raptor: needs 1 guard, for the passenger side
- 2021–2026 Gen 3 Raptor: needs 2 guards, one for each side
Each guard is sold individually, so order the quantity your truck needs.

Does it go over the plastic guard?
No. It replaces the factory plastic guard completely.
Will the aluminum rub on the shock?
No. Plastic guide screws at the top keep the guard from rubbing and damaging the shock body.
Will it fit aftermarket shocks?
No. It only fits the factory shocks.
Are bolts included?
Yes. Hex head bolts are included.
