2021-2026 Raptor Mid Travel Front Suspension Kit with Fabricated Upper Arm - Gen 3

• 2 fabricated lower A-arms with 1.5" uniballs, snap rings and spacers

The factory front arms are castings — a cast steel upper and a cast aluminum lower — designed for the stock travel and the stock load case. Fabricated 4130 arms with uniballs and rod ends change what the front end can take, and the revised geometry is tuned for the way a Raptor actually gets driven, on pavement and off.

Because the kit keeps the stock spindle, factory tie rod and the stock front coil-over location, you are not forced into a full long travel build to get there. You keep the stock spring tower structure, and every major upgrade can be added later on the same arms.

The kit works with the stock factory front coil shock or any aftermarket shock that fits in the stock location, so you keep the stock spring tower structure. Keep the Live Valve stock shock, or upgrade to the FOX aftermarket Live Valve coil-over with adjustable coil height.

The kit also allows a custom 3" external bypass shock that mounts to the lower arm, with a top add-on shock mount structure that links to the factory spring tower to further strengthen it. The bypass shock is a very specific layout that clears even a factory stock Raptor wheel, so it must be ordered with your kit. No other bypass shock will fit this kit.

Front sway bar kit

The kit accepts our add-on front sway bar kit. It uses race quality components, is designed to fit alongside the bypass shock, and adds support to the rear lower A-arm mount, which is inherently weak in stock condition.

Front bump stop kit

The lower arm has the bump pad and limit strap mount built in. The bump stop system uses a 2.5" diameter, 2.5" stroke bump stop mounted directly to the frame.

Spindles and tie rods

The kit uses the stock front spindle, which can be upgraded to our fabricated spindle kit later. The factory tie rod works, or you can upgrade to a billet half or full tie rod kit.

Fits all versions of the Gen 3 Ford F-150 Raptor, model years 2021 through 2026.

This kit requires cutting and welding and must be installed by a qualified fabricator. Call us for details.

Bypass shock: no bypass shock, or the FOX 3.0" custom bypass shock.

Add-on accessories: nothing added, or the bump stop mount with a FOX bump stop. Choosing the FOX option includes the FOX hydraulic bump stop with the kit.

Shocks must be selected in the options if you want them added to the kit.

Do I need fiberglass fenders?

No. The kit is stock Raptor width.

What are the factory Gen 3 front arms made of?

Castings. The factory front upper control arm is cast steel and the factory front lower control arm is cast aluminum, each with a sealed ball joint that cannot be serviced on its own. This kit replaces both with fabricated 4130 arms running replaceable uniballs and rod ends.

Can I keep my stock Live Valve shocks?

Yes. The kit works with the stock factory front coil shock or any aftermarket shock that fits in the stock location.

Can I use any bypass shock?

No. The bypass shock is a specific layout built to clear even a stock Raptor wheel, and it must be ordered with the kit. No other bypass shock will fit.

Is the bump stop included?

Only if you choose the "Bump Stop Mount - Fox bump" add-on, which includes the FOX hydraulic bump stop with its mount.

Does it fit a 2025 or 2026 Raptor?

Yes. The kit can be installed on all versions of the Gen 3 Raptor from 2021 to 2026.

Is it bolt-on?

No. It requires cutting and welding and must be installed by a qualified fabricator.
