2027 Ram TRX Fabricated Upper Arm Kit

• 1.5" uniball in place of the upper ball joint — far more articulation and load capacity than the factory joint, and a wear item you can replace on its own
• 7/8" FK rod ends at the frame — adjustable for caster and camber, instead of living inside the range the factory adjusters allow
• 4130 chromoly construction, MIG welded in fixtures so every set fits the truck the same way
• 17-4 stainless steel spacers at the pivots to hold off corrosion without giving up strength
• Works with the factory spindle, and with fixed pivot lower arm setups

Small changes to caster and suspension geometry were designed in, which is what sharpens the driving feel rather than just adding strength.

Both replace the factory upper control arm, both use a uniball at the spindle in place of the ball joint, and both are adjustable at the frame. The difference is construction and appearance.

2027 Ram 1500 TRX, factory spindle.

The 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 TRX is a different generation and uses the 2021-2024 fabricated upper arm kit. There was no TRX built between those two runs, so a part listed for 2021-2024 does not carry forward to the 2027 truck.

Will the adaptive suspension still work?

Yes. The kit includes the mount for the wheel position sensor, which is what the shock control module reads. Leave the sensor off and the truck will not read front suspension position correctly.

Do I need an alignment afterward?

Yes. The rod ends at the frame are how caster and camber get set, so plan on an alignment once the arms are on.

Do I need to change the spindle?

No. The kit is designed around the factory spindle and includes the TRX-size upper ball joint adapters.

Will these work with fixed pivot lower arms?

Yes, the kit works with fixed pivot lower arm setups.
