2017-2020 Raptor & 2015+ F-150 Long Travel Front Suspension Kit

• 2 lower A-arms with 1.5" uniballs, snap rings and spacers
• 2 upper A-arms with 7/8" rod ends and spacers
• 2 fabricated uprights (spindles) with 1" upper uniballs, snap rings and spacers
• 1 set of billet aluminum tie rods with rod ends and clevis for the steering rack
• 1 set of extended axles to work with the stock CV joints
• 1 set of frame mounts for the upper arm and shock tower
• 1 set of lower arm slot delete weld-in plates for Gen 2

Shocks are not included.

Wheel travel is what lets the suspension absorb a hit instead of passing it into the truck. More travel means the shock has more distance to slow the wheel down, so the truck stays settled at speeds and on terrain that would bottom out a stock front end.

Getting there takes more than longer arms. The spindle, tie rods and axles all have to work with the new geometry, which is why this kit includes fabricated spindles, billet tie rods and extended axles alongside the arms, and keeps four wheel drive working.

The kit works with any shock brand in the correct configuration. It will accommodate up to a 4" bypass shock and a 3" coil-over shock.

How much travel does it give?

17" of working travel, with four wheel drive retained.

Are shocks included?

No. The kit works with any shock brand in the correct configuration, up to a 4" bypass and a 3" coil-over.

Do I keep my CV joints?

The extended axles in the kit are made to work with the stock CV joints. Depending on your truck's year, you may need the 2021–2023 Gen 3 CV joints to work with the extended axle. A 2015 and newer F-150 needs the 2021–2023 Gen 3 CV joints.

Is it bolt-on?

No. It requires cutting and welding and must be installed by a qualified fabricator.

Will it fit a regular F-150?

Yes. It can be installed on any 2015 and newer F-150 as well as the Gen 2 Raptor. A 2015 and newer F-150 at this width needs the 2021–2023 Gen 3 CV joints to work with the extended axle.
