2019 Ford Raptor Parts, Accessories, and Upgrades

Three levels, depending on how far you want to take the truck:

Stronger at stock width

Gen 2 billet upper arm kits at stock length, fabricated front spindle kits, and billet top hats in standard and heavy duty versions — more strength without changing track width or needing new shocks.

Mid travel

Complete mid travel front kits using the stock shock location, with billet or fabricated upper arms, optionally paired with ADS 3" x 8" three-tube bypass shocks valved for the kit.

Long travel

Wider track and substantially more wheel travel for high-speed desert running, with fabricated upper arms and a matched shock package.

Geiser +2.5" and +3" front spring options are available for Gen 2 trucks running wider front geometry.

The Gen 2 is leaf sprung at the rear. Two directions:

Improve the leaf rear

Rear bump stop kits shared with the 2015+ F-150, and TIG-welded shackle options.

Convert to a link rear

The Gen 2 5-link mid travel rear suspension kit with a through-the-bed bypass shock moves the truck to a coil-sprung link rear. This is welding work and a shop-level job.

Coil bucket repair

The 2019 Raptor is old enough that the front coil buckets are worth inspecting. We make a fabricated coil bucket replacement kit and a reinforcement plate kit for Gen 2, plus a spring tower corner weld-in support gusset.

Armour

Underbody skid plate kits covering the engine, transmission and driveline, rear differential skid plates in standard and heavy duty, rear lower shock skid kits, full-length aluminium shock guards and stock lower control arm skid plates.

Bed racks

Modular bed organizers for the 2017–2025 Raptor and F-150, with single or dual tire carriers, slide-out cargo trays, fuel jug trays, jack mounts and PACKOUT plates. The organizer quick-releases out of the bed on four pins and the cleats sit flush with the bed ribs.

Interior and lighting

Centre dash panel mounts by Adapt-A-Panel, seat back gear panels, front light mount kits and GPS mounts.

Is a 2019 Raptor a Gen 2?

Yes. Gen 2 covers the 2017–2020 Ford F-150 Raptor. Parts listed for Gen 2 or for 2017–2020 fit a 2019 truck unless the product page says otherwise.

Will Gen 3 parts fit my 2019?

Mostly no. The 2021 Gen 3 moved to a coil-sprung 5-link rear and changed front geometry. Some steering parts such as our billet tie rod kits span 2010–2026 — check each product page.

What is the highest-value first upgrade?

On a mostly stock 2019, front limit strap and bump stop control and a rear bump stop kit usually change how the truck behaves more than anything else at that price. Arms and shocks come after.

Do I need to replace my Fox Live Valve shocks?

Not to add ride height — our spring perch collars retain them. Replace them when you want more damping and travel than the factory shock can deliver.
