2010-2014 Raptor Suspension

The pieces that carry the load on a Gen 1 front end, available individually:

• Billet Upper Arm Kit — stock length, a stronger replacement for the factory arm without changing track width.
• Fabricated Upper Arm Kit — the fabricated alternative, used in our front suspension kits.
• Fabricated Lower Control Arms — stock width, built to survive impacts that bend the factory stamped arm.
• Fabricated Front Spindle Kit — fits 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014 trucks.
• Long Travel Front Suspension Kit — the complete front package for maximum wheel travel.
• Billet Tie Rod Kit and Billet Half Tie Rod Kit — fit 2010–2026 Raptors, so the same part carries across generations.

These trucks are past a decade old, and the factory front lower control arm pockets take the worst of it. The slotted stamped design lets the mount spread under load, and after enough desert miles the welds fatigue. It is a known wear point rather than a fault with any one truck.

• Lower Arm Slot Delete Weld-In Plate Kit — closes the factory slot that lets the mount spread.
• Lower A-Arm Slot Block Kit — fits Gen 1, Gen 2 and Gen 3.
• Lower Control Arm Bolt Upgrade Kit — longer than stock, zinc plated.

The Gen 1 left the factory leaf-sprung. You can improve that setup or replace it entirely.

Improve the leaf rear

ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Pack with add-in leaf kit and a Fabricated Rear Shackle Hanger in the stock location. The cheaper path, and the right one if the truck is mostly a daily driver.

Convert to a link rear

The Long Travel 5-Link Rear Suspension Coil Over Conversion Kit for Gen 1 Raptors and F-150s, also offered in a version built for 19 inches of rear wheel travel, plus 4-link rear suspension kits. Both are welding jobs and shop-level work, not driveway bolt-ons — and both change the truck more than any other single upgrade on this page.

Front sway bar kits are available for both the stock lower arm and the fabricated lower arm. The version has to match the arm on your truck — the stock-arm kit will not mount to a fabricated lower arm.

• Full-Length Aluminum Shock Guards — available as a pair or as a single replacement.
• Rear Lower Shock Skid Kit — protects the lower rear shock mounts, where Gen 1 Raptors take the most hits.

What years are the Gen 1 Ford Raptor?

The first-generation Ford F-150 SVT Raptor was produced for the 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 model years. Production paused after 2014, and the Gen 2 arrived for 2017 on a different chassis with a different rear suspension, so Gen 1 and Gen 2 parts are generally not interchangeable.

Do these parts fit a standard F-150?

Some do. The long travel 5-link rear coilover conversion is designed for both Gen 1 Raptors and 2009–2014 F-150 trucks. The billet tie rod and half tie rod kits cover 2010–2026 Raptors. Check each product page for exact fitment.

How much rear wheel travel can a Gen 1 get?

The long travel 5-link rear coilover conversion is built for up to roughly 19 inches of rear wheel travel.

Do I need the stock-arm or fabricated-arm sway bar kit?

It has to match the lower control arm actually on your truck. Look under the front end before ordering — the stock-arm kit will not mount correctly to a fabricated lower arm. This is the single most common ordering mistake on a Gen 1.

Can I buy suspension pieces individually rather than a full kit?

Yes — that is what this collection is for. Arms, spindles, tie rods, bump stops, shocks and springs are all sold separately, so you can replace a damaged part or upgrade one corner of the truck at a time. Complete front kits and billet top hats live in Gen 1 Raptor Suspension.

Are these parts made in the USA?

Yes. Foutz Motorsports designs and manufactures these components in Mesa, Arizona, developed and proven through desert racing and high-speed off-road testing.
