Billet Tie Rod Kit for Ford Raptor, Ranger Raptor, Bronco Raptor, and Bronco suspension steering upgrade

Billet Tie Rod Kits

Billet Aluminum Tie Rod Kits — Built to Survive Off-Road

Stop bending stock tie rods. Foutz Motorsports billet tie rod kits replace the weak factory steering links on your Ford Raptor, Bronco, Bronco Raptor, Ranger Raptor, Ram TRX, and Ram RHO with American-made parts engineered for high-speed desert running, jumps, whoops, and big tires. Every kit is CNC machined from solid billet aluminum, fitted with FK heim (rod) ends, and uses 17-4 stainless steel spacers for a lifetime of strength and durability.

Why Upgrade Your Tie Rods? View

The factory tie rods are a known weak point. Hit a rock, land a jump, or run aggressive tires and the stock units bend or snap — leaving you stranded with broken steering. A billet tie rod upgrade is one of the most important off-road suspension and steering upgrades you can make. Benefits include:

  • Bend-resistant strength — solid billet aluminum construction far stronger than stock
  • FK rod ends for smooth, precise, rebuildable steering articulation
  • 17-4 stainless steel spacers that won't corrode or wear out
  • Serviceable design — replace a boot or rod end instead of the whole assembly
  • Color options — Raw Billet, Black Anodized, FOX Orange, and Blue Anodized to match your build
Full vs. Half: Which Do You Need? View

Full Kits — replace the entire tie rod assembly on both sides and deliver maximum strength. The choice for racers and hard chargers.

Half Kits — reuse part of your factory components for a more budget-friendly upgrade that still dramatically improves durability over stock. Not sure which fits your driving? Our team can help you choose.

Jam Nut Support Sleeves will prevent your stock inner tie rod from bending and breaking by providing it additional support while retaining close to factory clearance. Pairing it with the half billet tie rod kit provides ultimate steering strength.

Frequently Asked Questions View
What is a billet tie rod kit?
A billet tie rod kit replaces your vehicle's factory steering tie rods with stronger units machined from a solid block of billet aluminum. Foutz Motorsports kits add FK rod ends and 17-4 stainless steel spacers to resist bending and provide durable, precise steering for off-road use.
Why do stock tie rods bend / break?
Factory tie rods are built for on-road driving, not high-speed off-road impacts. Jumps, rocks, ruts, and oversized tires put loads on the steering that stock tie rods aren't designed to handle, which is why they bend or break. A billet upgrade solves this weak point.
Do I need a full tie rod kit or a half kit?
Choose a full kit for maximum strength and racing or aggressive off-road use. A half kit is a more affordable upgrade that reuses some factory parts while still greatly improving durability over stock. Contact our team if you're unsure which is right for your setup.
Are Foutz Motorsports tie rod kits made in the USA?
Yes. All Foutz Motorsports billet tie rod kits are designed and CNC machined in the USA from premium billet aluminum, FK rod ends, and 17-4 stainless steel components.
What colors are available?
Most kits are offered in Raw Billet Aluminum, Black Anodized, FOX Orange Anodized, and Blue Anodized so you can match your truck's build.
