Ford Bronco Raptor Billet Rear Arm Kit - FK Uniball - 2022-2026
Description
Description
Billet aluminum rear upper and lower arms for the 2022–2026 Ford Bronco Raptor, on 1" FK uniballs. All four rear trailing arms as a matched set, machined in-house in Mesa, Arizona, that bolt straight into the factory mount locations.
They replace the factory arms and their rubber bushings with one-piece billet and a defined uniball pivot. The lower arms carry an aluminum ball post for the factory wheel position sensor, so the Bronco Raptor's semi-active suspension keeps reading wheel travel correctly.
Billet Arms On FK Uniballs
- 1" FK uniballs at each pivot — FK is the benchmark for quality and strength
- Custom-machined 17-4 stainless steel spacers, sized to fit the stock mount locations
- Urethane wobble stoppers on the front mounts to hold the arms in alignment and keep the ride quiet
- One-piece billet aluminum in place of the factory arms and their rubber bushings
- Replaceable wear item — the uniball presses out for replacement, so the arm stays on the truck
What Is In The Kit
- 2 FMI billet aluminum upper rear arms, with spacers and hardware
- 2 FMI billet aluminum lower rear arms, with spacers and hardware
- 1" FK uniballs throughout
- Aluminum ball post on the lower arms for the factory wheel position sensor
This kit does not include the panhard bar. That is the fifth link in the rear suspension and it is sold separately — see Finish The Rear End below. The arms are also sold as upper arms and lower arms on their own.
Uniball Version Or Ultra-Flex Version?
We build the Bronco Raptor billet rear arms two ways. Both are billet aluminum and both bolt into the factory mounts. The joint is the difference.
This kit — FK uniballs
Tighter and more direct than an elastomeric joint, with the uniball as a replaceable wear item. Choose this if you specifically want a uniball and are comfortable pressing a bearing when it wears.
The alternative — Ultra-Flex joints
Our patent-pending joint greases through an external zerk with the arm still on the truck, stays quiet as it wears, and rebuilds with a urethane body. See the Ultra-Flex rear link kit.
Fitment
Fits the Ford Bronco Raptor, model years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026.
Bronco Raptor only — standard 6th Gen Bronco rear arms are different and do not interchange. For the standard Bronco see the Bronco rear suspension kit. Stock-length arms; this is not a long travel kit and it does not change rear geometry.
Installation
Bolt-on. The arms use the factory mount locations and the spacers are machined to suit, with no cutting, welding or fabrication. Reconnect the wheel position sensor to the ball post on each lower arm.
Hand tools and a jack, with the truck safely supported; we recommend the work is done by an experienced individual or shop, and that the rear axle is checked for center afterwards — particularly on a lifted truck, which is a panhard bar question rather than an arm question.
Install guides are at Install Instructions, and we do in-house installation in Mesa if you would rather hand it over.
Finishes
Three options: raw billet aluminum, black anodized and FOX orange anodized. The upper and lower arms are chosen separately, so you can run a two-tone set.
Raw is a finish choice, not a lesser part. Anodized parts should be cared for as anodized aluminum; see the care notes before you take a pressure washer or a harsh wheel cleaner to them.
Questions
Do these fit a 2025 or 2026 Bronco Raptor?
Yes. They fit every Bronco Raptor model year, 2022 through 2026.
Will the semi-active suspension still work?
Yes. On the Bronco Raptor the wheel position sensor mounts to the rear lower arm, and our lower arms carry an aluminum ball post for it, so the truck reads wheel travel the way Ford intended.
Do I need the panhard bar too?
Not for these arms to work. But the panhard bar — also called a track bar — is the only thing holding the rear axle centered side to side. A fixed-length bar suits a truck at stock ride height; a lifted truck that needs the axle re-centered needs an adjustable bar.
Will these fit a regular Bronco?
No. These are Bronco Raptor arms; the standard Bronco uses different rear arms.
Is the uniball serviceable?
Yes. The uniball is a wear item by design and presses out for replacement. Replacement uniballs are listed under Serviceable Parts.
Where are these made?
Designed, machined and finished in-house at our facility in Mesa, Arizona, USA.
Finish The Rear End
- Panhard bar (track bar) — billet fixed-length for stock ride height, or adjustable Johnny Joint / heim joint for a lifted truck
- Rear differential skid plate
