Ford Bronco Raptor Billet Rear Suspension Links - Ultra-Flex Joints - 2022-2026

Description

Billet aluminum rear suspension links for the 2022–2026 Ford Bronco Raptor, built on our patent-pending Ultra-Flex joint. Upper and lower rear trailing arms as a matched set, machined in-house in Mesa, Arizona, that bolt straight into the factory mount locations.

They replace the factory arms and their rubber bushings with one-piece billet and a joint you can grease through an external zerk with the arm still on the truck. When the joint eventually wears, you replace a urethane body, not a complete uniball assembly.

Why The Ultra-Flex Joint

  • Greases on the truck — a low-profile external zerk lets you add grease whenever it is needed, without pulling the arm
  • Built for wet weather — the joint stays lubricated, so it resists the corrosion and rust that work on a dry joint in humid, wet or salted conditions
  • Quiet as it wears — urethane in the joint isolates road noise, and it will not squeak or clunk the way a worn uniball does
  • Outlasts a conventional uniball — the joint design is built for a longer service life
  • Cheaper to rebuild — the urethane body is the wear part, so a rebuild costs a fraction of replacing complete uniball assemblies

What Is In The Kit

  • 2 FMI billet aluminum upper rear arms, with spacers and hardware
  • 2 FMI billet aluminum lower rear arms, with spacers and hardware
  • Patent-pending Ultra-Flex joints with external grease zerks
  • Aluminum ball post on the lower arms for the factory wheel position sensor, so the Bronco Raptor's semi-active dampers keep reading wheel travel correctly

This kit does not include the panhard bar. That is the fifth link in the rear suspension and it is sold separately — see the panhard bar kits under Finish The Rear End below.

Ultra-Flex Version Or Uniball Version?

We build the Bronco Raptor billet rear links two ways. Both are billet aluminum and both bolt into the factory mounts. The joint is the difference.

This kit — Ultra-Flex joints

Greases through an external zerk on the truck, stays quiet as it wears, and rebuilds with a urethane body. Choose this if you want the lowest long-term maintenance, or the truck lives somewhere wet, humid or salted.

The alternative — FK uniballs

A 1" FK uniball at each pivot. Tighter and more direct than an elastomeric joint, with the uniball as a replaceable wear item. Choose that version if you specifically want a uniball and are comfortable pressing a bearing when it wears. See the Bronco Raptor uniball rear arm kit.

Fitment

Fits the Ford Bronco Raptor, model years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Bronco Raptor only. The standard 6th Gen Bronco uses different rear arms — see Bronco rear suspension kit. Stock-length arms; this is not a long travel kit and it does not change rear geometry.

Installation

Bolt-on. The arms use the factory mount locations with no cutting, welding or fabrication.

Hand tools and a jack, with the truck safely supported. We recommend the work is done by an experienced individual or shop, and that any rear suspension job is followed by a check that the rear axle still sits centered — particularly on a lifted truck, which is a panhard bar question rather than an arm question.

Install guides are at Install Instructions, and we do in-house installation in Mesa if you would rather hand it over.

Finishes

Four options: raw billet aluminum, black anodized, FOX orange anodized and blue anodized. The upper and lower arms are chosen separately, so you can run a two-tone set.

Raw is a finish choice, not a lesser part — plenty of builds run raw billet deliberately for the machined look. Anodized parts should be cared for as anodized aluminum; see the care notes before you take a pressure washer or a harsh wheel cleaner to them.

Questions

Do these fit a 2025 or 2026 Bronco Raptor?

Yes. They fit every Bronco Raptor model year, 2022 through 2026.

Will these fit a regular Bronco?

No. These are Bronco Raptor arms. For the standard 6th Gen Bronco see the Bronco rear suspension kit.

How often do I grease the joint?

Whenever it needs it — and because the zerk is external, that is a grease gun and a few minutes, with the arms still installed. Trucks that see water crossings, mud or salted roads should be greased more often.

What wears out, and what does it cost to fix?

The urethane body inside the joint is the wear part. It is replaced on its own, so the arm and joint housing stay on the truck for life and you are not buying complete uniball assemblies. For replacement urethane bodies, call us at (480) 718-9800.

Will the semi-active suspension still work?

Yes. The lower arms carry an aluminum ball post for the factory wheel position sensor, so the truck reads wheel travel the way Ford intended.

Do I need the panhard bar too?

Not for these arms to work. But the panhard bar — also called a track bar — is the only thing holding the rear axle centered side to side, and it is the part to change if the truck has been lifted and the axle no longer sits centered.

Where are these made?

Designed, machined and finished in-house at our facility in Mesa, Arizona, USA.

ANODIZED CARE & DISCLAIMER:   read before ordering
⚠️ WARNING:
Improper cleaning can permanently damage the anodic coating on billet aluminum parts, causing fading, staining, or discoloration.

SOAPS / CLEANERS THAT DAMAGE :
High-pH (alkaline) soaps, degreasers, and acidic wheel cleaners can fade, stain, or strip anodized aluminum, especially when they contain sodium hydroxide (lye) or other strong acids. Heavy-duty fast-acting alkaline cleaners designed for engine bays or wheels should not be used on anodized surfaces.

❌ WHAT TO AVOID :
High-pH (alkaline) cleaners
• Heavy-duty degreasers
• Wheels / engine bay cleaners
• Oven cleaners (e.g., Yellow Cap, Easy-Off)
• Products containing sodium hydroxide (lye)
• Damage the anodic coating
Hot Surfaces
• Never wash in direct sunlight, as heat accelerates chemical damage
 Acidic cleaners
• Wheel cleaners with strong acids
• Nitric or sulfuric-based cleaners
• Aggressive aluminum cleaners
 Aluminum brighteners or etchers

• Products designed for raw or polished aluminum can strip the anodized coating

✅ HOW TO PROTECT ANODIZED ALUMINUM:

pH-neutral soaps
• only use cleaners with a pH between 6–8
Wash on cool surfaces
• Avoid direct sunlight or hot parts
Test small areas first
• Always try new products on a small, hidden area
Safe Alternatives:
• Isopropyl alcohol (used carefully and sparingly)
• Mild Automotive Car Wash Soap

⚠️ RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE:
Damage caused by improper cleaning chemicals or detailing products is the sole responsibility of the owner. Keeping your anodized parts clean with the right products will help maintain their finish and extend their lifespan.
