Bronco Raptor Rear Suspension Kit - Billet Aluminum Rear Arms With Uniball

Description

A billet aluminum rear upper and lower arm kit for the 2022–2026 Ford Bronco Raptor, running 1" FK uniballs and custom machined 17-4 stainless steel spacers. The arms fit the stock mount locations, and the factory suspension travel sensor keeps a mount so the Bronco's Live Valve suspension works correctly.

The rear arms locate the axle every time it moves. Machined billet arms with uniball pivots give each one a defined, metal-to-metal pivot, and a urethane wobble stopper at the front mounts keeps the arms aligned and the ride quiet.

This kit does not include a panhard bar.

Why Billet Arms With Uniballs

The upper and lower rear arms hold the axle in place front to back and control how it rotates under acceleration and braking. Every bump, landing and throttle input goes through their pivots.

A uniball is a spherical bearing. It lets the arm pivot freely as the axle articulates, without the give of a rubber bushing, so the axle stays where the arms put it. A machined billet arm is one solid piece with no seams.

The urethane wobble stopper at the front mounts keeps the arms in alignment and keeps the ride quiet.

Fitment

Fits the Ford Bronco Raptor, model years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026.

The arms install in the stock mount locations. The panhard bar is not part of this kit.

Three options: raw billet aluminum, black anodized and FOX orange anodized.

Both rear upper arms and both rear lower arms.

Is the panhard bar included?

No. This kit is the upper and lower arms only.

Will the Live Valve suspension still work?

Yes. The lower arm carries a stainless steel bracket that reuses the stock ball for the factory suspension travel sensor, so the Live Valve system works correctly.

What joints does it use?

1" FK uniballs with custom machined 17-4 stainless steel spacers.

Does it bolt into the factory mounts?

Yes. The spacers are designed to fit the stock mount locations.

What finishes are available?

SOAPS / CLEANERS THAT DAMAGE :
High-pH (alkaline) soaps, degreasers, and acidic wheel cleaners can fade, stain, or strip anodized aluminum, especially when they contain sodium hydroxide (lye) or other strong acids. Heavy-duty fast-acting alkaline cleaners designed for engine bays or wheels should not be used on anodized surfaces.

High-pH (alkaline) cleaners
• Heavy-duty degreasers
• Wheels / engine bay cleaners
• Oven cleaners (e.g., Yellow Cap, Easy-Off)
• Products containing sodium hydroxide (lye)
• Damage the anodic coating 
Hot Surfaces
• Never wash in direct sunlight, as heat accelerates chemical damage
 Acidic cleaners
• Wheel cleaners with strong acids
• Nitric or sulfuric-based cleaners
• Aggressive aluminum cleaners
 Aluminum brighteners or etchers

• Products designed for raw or polished aluminum can strip the anodized coating

✅ HOW TO PROTECT ANODIZED ALUMINUM:

pH-neutral soaps 
• only use cleaners with a pH between 6–8
Wash on cool surfaces
• Avoid direct sunlight or hot parts
Test small areas first
• Always try new products on a small, hidden area
Safe Alternatives:
• Isopropyl alcohol (used carefully and sparingly)
• Mild Automotive Car Wash Soap
