Ford Bronco Raptor Billet Panhard Bar - Ultra-Flex Joints - 2022-2026

The panhard bar — also called a track bar — is the link that holds the Bronco Raptor rear axle centered side to side under the truck. The four trailing arms locate the axle front to back; the panhard bar is the only thing stopping it moving sideways.

The factory bar carries its load through rubber bushings, which are soft on purpose. Replacing them with Ultra-Flex joints in a billet bar keeps the axle where it belongs, and the rear end feels more controlled during aggressive driving.

This bar is fixed length. It keeps the axle centered at the factory position, which is right for a Bronco Raptor at stock ride height.

If the truck has been lifted and the rear axle no longer sits centered, a fixed bar cannot pull it back. Choose an adjustable panhard bar instead — Johnny Joint type or heim joint type — so the axle can be re-centered.

The bar is CNC machined from billet aluminum. Each Ultra-Flex joint uses a 17-4 stainless steel center ball in a urethane body for a durable, serviceable connection.

Fits the Ford Bronco Raptor, model years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026.

The bar may not clear some aftermarket rear axle covers. Check axle cover clearance before installation.

Bolt-on, reusing the factory panhard bar mounting bolts — no cutting, welding or fabrication. Hand tools and a jack, with the truck safely supported; we recommend the work is done by an experienced individual or shop.

Four options: raw billet aluminum, black anodized, FOX orange anodized and blue anodized.

Raw is a finish choice, not a lesser part. Anodized parts should be cared for as anodized aluminum; see the care notes before you take a pressure washer or a harsh wheel cleaner to them.

Is this panhard bar adjustable?

No. It is fixed length and keeps the axle centered at the factory position, for a truck at stock ride height. A lifted truck that needs the axle re-centered should use an adjustable panhard bar.

Does it fit a 2025 or 2026 Bronco Raptor?

Yes. It fits every Bronco Raptor model year, 2022 through 2026.

Will it make my Bronco Raptor feel different?

Yes. With the factory rubber bushings gone, the rear of the truck feels more controlled and planted, especially when it is driven hard.

Does the joint need to be greased?

Yes, whenever it needs it. The external zerk means that is a grease gun and a few minutes with the bar still installed. Trucks that see water crossings, mud or salted roads should be greased more often.

Can the Ultra-Flex joint be rebuilt?

Yes. The urethane body is replaced on its own as it wears, so the bar and joint housing stay on the truck. For replacement urethane bodies, call us at (480) 718-9800.

Will it work with an aftermarket rear axle cover?

It may not. Check clearance before installation.
