Ford Bronco Raptor Billet Rear Links & Panhard Bar Kit - Ultra-Flex Joints - 2022-2026

Description

The complete billet rear link set for the 2022–2026 Ford Bronco Raptor: upper and lower rear trailing arms plus a fixed-length billet panhard bar, all on our patent-pending Ultra-Flex joint. All five rear links, machined in-house in Mesa, Arizona, bolting into the factory mount locations.

Together they replace every rubber-bushed link in the rear suspension. The arms locate the axle front to back, the panhard bar keeps it centered side to side, and every joint greases through an external zerk with the part still on the truck.

Why The Ultra-Flex Joint

  • Greases on the truck — a low-profile external zerk lets you add grease whenever it is needed, without pulling the link
  • Built for wet weather — the joint stays lubricated, so it resists the corrosion and rust that work on a dry joint in humid, wet or salted conditions
  • Quiet as it wears — urethane in the joint isolates road noise, and it will not squeak or clunk the way a worn uniball does
  • Outlasts a conventional uniball — the joint design is built for a longer service life
  • Cheaper to rebuild — the urethane body is the wear part, so a rebuild costs a fraction of replacing complete uniball assemblies

What Is In The Kit

  • 2 FMI billet aluminum upper rear arms, with spacers and hardware
  • 2 FMI billet aluminum lower rear arms, with spacers and hardware
  • 1 FMI billet aluminum panhard bar, fixed length, reusing the factory panhard bar mounting bolts
  • Patent-pending Ultra-Flex joints with external grease zerks throughout
  • Aluminum ball post on the lower arms for the factory wheel position sensor, so the Bronco Raptor's semi-active dampers keep reading wheel travel correctly

The same parts are sold individually as the Ultra-Flex rear link kit and the billet panhard bar.

Why Do All Five Links

The Bronco Raptor rear axle is located by five links. Four trailing arms control it front to back, and the panhard bar — also called a track bar — is the only thing holding it centered side to side.

Every one of them leaves the factory on rubber bushings, which are soft on purpose. Replace the arms and leave the factory panhard bar, and the axle can still move sideways on that one remaining rubber bushing. Doing all five at once means the whole rear end is located by the same billet parts and the same serviceable joint, and it feels more planted and controlled when the truck is driven hard.

Stock Ride Height Or Lifted?

The billet panhard bar in this kit is fixed length. It keeps the axle centered at the factory position, which is right for a Bronco Raptor at stock ride height.

If the truck has been lifted and the rear axle no longer sits centered, a fixed bar cannot pull it back. Buy the Ultra-Flex rear link kit on its own and pair it with an adjustable panhard bar — Johnny Joint type or heim joint type — so the axle can be re-centered.

Ultra-Flex Version Or Uniball Version?

We build the Bronco Raptor billet rear arms two ways. Both are billet aluminum and both bolt into the factory mounts. The joint is the difference.

This kit — Ultra-Flex joints

Greases through an external zerk on the truck, stays quiet as it wears, and rebuilds with a urethane body. Choose this if you want the lowest long-term maintenance, or the truck lives somewhere wet, humid or salted.

The alternative — FK uniballs

A 1" FK uniball at each arm pivot. Tighter and more direct than an elastomeric joint, with the uniball as a replaceable wear item. See the Bronco Raptor uniball rear arm kit.

Fitment

Fits the Ford Bronco Raptor, model years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Bronco Raptor only — standard 6th Gen Bronco rear links are different and do not interchange. Stock-length arms; this is not a long travel kit and it does not change rear geometry.

The panhard bar may not clear some aftermarket rear axle covers. Check axle cover clearance before installation.

Installation

Bolt-on. The arms and panhard bar use the factory mount locations with no cutting, welding or fabrication, and the panhard bar reuses the factory mounting bolts.

Hand tools and a jack, with the truck safely supported. We recommend the work is done by an experienced individual or shop.

Install guides are at Install Instructions, and we do in-house installation in Mesa if you would rather hand it over.

Finishes

Four options: raw billet aluminum, black anodized, FOX orange anodized and blue anodized. The upper arms, lower arms and panhard bar are each chosen separately, so you can match the whole set or mix colors.

Raw is a finish choice, not a lesser part — plenty of builds run raw billet deliberately for the machined look. Anodized parts should be cared for as anodized aluminum; see the care notes before you take a pressure washer or a harsh wheel cleaner to them.

Questions

What is the difference between this kit and the rear link kit?

This kit adds the billet panhard bar, so all five rear links are replaced. The rear link kit is the four trailing arms only.

Is the panhard bar adjustable?

No. It is fixed length and keeps the axle centered at the factory position, for a truck at stock ride height. A lifted truck that needs the axle re-centered should use an adjustable panhard bar with the rear link kit instead.

Do these fit a 2025 or 2026 Bronco Raptor?

Yes. They fit every Bronco Raptor model year, 2022 through 2026.

Will these fit a regular Bronco?

No. These are Bronco Raptor parts. The standard 6th Gen Bronco uses different rear links.

How often do I grease the joints?

Whenever they need it — and because every zerk is external, that is a grease gun and a few minutes with the parts still installed. Trucks that see water crossings, mud or salted roads should be greased more often.

What wears out, and how is it fixed?

The urethane body inside each joint is the wear part. It is replaced on its own, so the links and joint housings stay on the truck for life. For replacement urethane bodies, call us at (480) 718-9800.

Will the semi-active suspension still work?

Yes. The lower arms carry an aluminum ball post for the factory wheel position sensor, so the truck reads wheel travel the way Ford intended.

Where are these made?

Designed, machined and finished in-house at our facility in Mesa, Arizona, USA.

ANODIZED CARE & DISCLAIMER:   read before ordering
⚠️ WARNING:
Improper cleaning can permanently damage the anodic coating on billet aluminum parts, causing fading, staining, or discoloration.

SOAPS / CLEANERS THAT DAMAGE :
High-pH (alkaline) soaps, degreasers, and acidic wheel cleaners can fade, stain, or strip anodized aluminum, especially when they contain sodium hydroxide (lye) or other strong acids. Heavy-duty fast-acting alkaline cleaners designed for engine bays or wheels should not be used on anodized surfaces.

❌ WHAT TO AVOID :
High-pH (alkaline) cleaners
• Heavy-duty degreasers
• Wheels / engine bay cleaners
• Oven cleaners (e.g., Yellow Cap, Easy-Off)
• Products containing sodium hydroxide (lye)
• Damage the anodic coating
Hot Surfaces
• Never wash in direct sunlight, as heat accelerates chemical damage
 Acidic cleaners
• Wheel cleaners with strong acids
• Nitric or sulfuric-based cleaners
• Aggressive aluminum cleaners
 Aluminum brighteners or etchers

• Products designed for raw or polished aluminum can strip the anodized coating

✅ HOW TO PROTECT ANODIZED ALUMINUM:

pH-neutral soaps
• only use cleaners with a pH between 6–8
Wash on cool surfaces
• Avoid direct sunlight or hot parts
Test small areas first
• Always try new products on a small, hidden area
Safe Alternatives:
• Isopropyl alcohol (used carefully and sparingly)
• Mild Automotive Car Wash Soap

⚠️ RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE:
Damage caused by improper cleaning chemicals or detailing products is the sole responsibility of the owner. Keeping your anodized parts clean with the right products will help maintain their finish and extend their lifespan.
