Weld-on lower link mounts for the Gen 3 five link rear axle — the brackets the two lower trailing arms bolt to, with limit strap mounts built in.
Two jobs bring people here: building a Gen 3 five link rear onto an older axle housing, or repairing a Gen 3 housing whose factory mounts have been damaged — without buying a whole new axle.
Laser cut from .250" mild steel and MIG welded. Shipped in raw steel so you can finish them to suit after welding.
The Limit Strap Tab Matters
These lower mounts include the limit strap mounting point as part of the bracket, rather than leaving it as a separate thing to figure out later.
That is worth having because a limit strap is what stops the rear suspension overextending at full droop. Without one, the shock becomes the part that stops the axle — and it was never designed to be. Building the tab into the lower mount means the strap pulls from a point that is already tied into the housing properly.

What These Are For
Converting an older axle to Gen 3 five link
A Gen 1 or Gen 2 Raptor axle housing has none of the Gen 3 five link pick-up points. These brackets put the lower link mounts where the Gen 3 geometry needs them.
Repairing damaged factory mounts
A torn lower link mount does not mean a new axle housing. Cut the damaged bracket off and weld these on in its place.

Installation
Welds directly to the axle housing. Qualified fabricator only. Mount position sets your rear suspension geometry.

Questions
Are the limit straps included?
No — the mounting tabs are built into these brackets, and the straps themselves come in the rear limit strap kit.
Do these come painted or coated?
No, raw steel. Coating burns off at the weld, and this way you match whatever finish the rest of the axle gets.
Can I replace just one damaged mount?
Yes. That is a large part of why this exists.
Where are they made?
Laser cut, welded and finished in-house at our facility in Mesa, Arizona, USA.
