What kits are available for ASCM? ▾
What Are ASCM Guards Compatible With? ▾

They are compatible with the electronically controlled FOX Live Valve suspension system, preserving all factory drive modes — including Baja — while preventing costly repairs.

  • The Gen 3 Raptor kit is compatible with the SDI E-CLIK PRO System. The guard features new top-side openings to allow easy access for wiring harnesses.

What does the ASCM Guard protect? ▾
The ASCM Guard protects the Active Suspension Control Module (ASCM) and electrical connectors from rocks, debris, and off-road impacts that can cause suspension faults or costly repairs.
Why do I need an ASCM Guard? ▾
The factory Active Suspension Control Module is mounted in an exposed area, making it vulnerable to trail damage. An ASCM Guard helps protect this critical suspension component while maintaining factory performance.
What are ASCM Guards made from? ▾
ASCM Guards are made from .125-inch aluminum, precision laser cut in-house, CNC bent, and finished with a durable hammer black powder coat for long-lasting strength and corrosion resistance.
Travel Sensor Guard FAQ ▾View
What do Travel Sensor Guards protect? ▾
Travel Sensor Guards protect exposed suspension travel sensor wires, sensors, and related components from rocks, gravel, and debris thrown from behind the rear wheel during off-road driving.
Why does the Ranger Raptor need Travel Sensor Protection? ▾
The rear travel sensor wires on the Ranger Raptor are located in an exposed area on the rear suspension arms, putting them at high risk of damage from rocks and debris. Protection helps prevent sensor damage and potential "Driver Control Fault" warning messages.
What are Travel Sensor Guards made from? ▾
Travel Sensor Guards are made from .135-inch steel, precision laser cut in-house, CNC bent, and finished with a hammer black texture powder coat for maximum durability and strength.
Can I Add a Wire Protector Plate? ▾
Yes. The Wire Protector Plate is a separate add-on that can be combined with the Travel Sensor Guards to provide additional coverage and protection for exposed sensor wiring, sensors, and modules from rocks, gravel, and debris.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us. We can assist you with finding a shipping broker to ship products to other US friendly countries.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days after it leaves our facility. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). Products we have in stock at the time of order normally ship within 48 hours. Products not in stock can take 4-6 weeks depending on production. Consult your customer service representative for details on product stock and how quickly an item can ship to you.

Are Products in stock or built to order?

We try to maintain reasonable stock of all of our Foutz Motorsports manufactured parts but sometimes we will run short and have to manufacture more to fill orders. Some items we only build to stock due to complexity of a kit or sometimes higher cost items would be built to order. Best to consult your sales representative for details on what we have on hand before placing your order. Normally production time runs up to about 4-6 weeks for any items that we dont have on hand.
