2024+ Ranger Raptor Rear Suspension Kit - Billet Aluminum Arms with Ultra-Flex Joints
Description
Description
Billet aluminum rear upper and lower suspension arms for the 2024 and newer Ford Ranger Raptor, built on our patent-pending Ultra-Flex joint. Each joint uses a 17-4 stainless steel center ball in a urethane body, serviced through an external grease zerk with the arm still on the truck.
The Ranger Raptor locates its rear axle with link arms, and every one of those links pivots at a joint. This kit replaces both uppers and both lowers with machined billet arms and a joint that is built to be greased, kept quiet and rebuilt rather than thrown away.
What Is In The Kit
- 2 FMI billet aluminum rear upper arms, with all hardware
- 2 FMI billet aluminum rear lower arms, with all hardware
- Patent-pending Ultra-Flex joints, each with a low profile external grease zerk
Why Upgrade The Rear Arms
The upper and lower rear arms are what hold the axle in place under the truck. The lowers carry acceleration and braking load, and the uppers control axle wrap and pinion angle. When the joints at either end of those arms wear or deflect, the axle moves around under load and the rear of the truck feels less planted.
A machined billet arm is a single solid piece with material placed where the load is. Pairing it with a joint that can be greased in place and rebuilt means the rear end stays tight and quiet long after a conventional joint would have started to clunk.
The Ultra-Flex Joint
Our patent-pending joint, used at every pivot in this kit: a 17-4 stainless steel center ball in a urethane body, greased through an external zerk.
- Durability. The Ultra-Flex design lasts significantly longer than a conventional uniball joint.
- Less noise. The urethane helps isolate road noise, and it will not squeak or clunk the way uniballs do when they wear out.
- Corrosion and rust resistance. The stainless steel components stay constantly lubricated, which makes this a strong choice where the weather is humid or wet.
- Rebuildable. When the urethane eventually wears, you replace just the urethane body instead of a complete uniball assembly.
- Easy to service. The low profile external zerk lets you add grease whenever it is needed, with the arm still installed on the truck.
Fitment

Questions
What does this kit replace?
Both rear upper arms and both rear lower arms on the Ranger Raptor.
Does it come with hardware?
Yes. The upper and lower arms each ship with all their hardware.
How do I service the joints?
Add grease through the external zerk whenever it is needed. The arm stays on the truck.
What happens when the joint wears?
You replace the urethane body, not a complete joint assembly.
Will it be noisy compared to uniballs?
No. The urethane isolates road noise and does not squeak or clunk the way a worn uniball does.
Is it a good choice in wet or humid climates?
Yes. The stainless steel components stay constantly lubricated, which helps them resist corrosion and rust.
Is the joint patented?
The Ultra-Flex joint is patent pending.
