Ram RHO 2.5" Front Leveling Collar Kit with Ride Height Sensor Connector Rods - 2025-2026

The 2.5" lift collar is designed for RHO owners wanting additional front ride height while retaining the factory coil springs and front shocks.

The collar installs underneath the factory spring and below the lower spring perch, adding preload to the coil spring. Adjustable ride height sensor rods are included to allow the factory sensors to be repositioned and fine-tuned for the new suspension height.

Adjustable Sensor Rod Settings

Starting connector rod length for the 2.5" collar: 126 mm. The rods adjust between 125 and 135 mm — do not adjust beyond that range.

Print the connector rod settings sheet at 1:1 scale and use the images on the document as a quick reference for setting the adjustable connector rod length.

How much front lift does the 2.5" collar provide?

The collar is designed to provide approximately 2.5" of additional front ride height. Final ride height can vary depending on the truck's configuration.

Why does a 2.5" front lift on the Ram RHO need ride height connector rods?

The Ram RHO electronics do not tolerate more than 1.5" of front lift unless the ride height sensor location is corrected. It is a sensor location issue, not a clearance issue. The included adjustable connector rods reset the sensor position for the new front ride height.

Can I keep the factory springs and shocks?

Yes. The collar is designed to work with the factory front coil springs and shocks.

How do I set the ride height connector rods?

Before installing the collars, measure the sensor arm angle or mark its position with the truck sitting at ride height. Set each rod to 126 mm for the 2.5" collar, adjusting both ends evenly to keep equal thread engagement. After installation, roll the truck back and forth to settle the suspension, check the sensor arm against your mark, adjust if needed, then tighten the jam nuts. Every truck sits a little differently, so treat the starting length as a starting point.
