Description
An Alcon front big brake kit for the 2021–2023 Gen 3 Ford F-150 Raptor, with opposing 6-piston calipers and large curved vane vented rotors. It bolts on to the factory mounts with no modifications and works with the factory ABS system. It does not fit 2024 and newer Raptors, which use new spindles.
The front brakes do most of the work of stopping a heavy truck, and heat is what makes them fade. This kit adds clamping force, rotor size and pad area, and Alcon states up to a 12% reduction in front disc temperature rise and up to a 30% reduction in front pad work rate over the stock standard duty system.
Why Upgrade The Front Brakes
Braking turns speed into heat, and most of that work is done by the front brakes. When a rotor and pad run out of thermal capacity, stopping power fades.

How It Is Built
- Ductile iron caliper housing for strength and stiffness, with high resistance to impact and fatigue
- Acid zinc finish for corrosion protection
- Radial mount with a billet adapter for less deflection
- High temperature seal material
- Wiper seal on every piston for dirt exclusion
- Pad push-back springs for wear resistance off-road
- Bleed screws on the inboard side only, for tamper-proof safety
- Fluid balanced to work with the factory ABS system
- Compatible with stock OEM actuation
Fitment
Front kit for the 2021–2023 Gen 3 Ford F-150 Raptor.
