Every solid rear axle needs something to stop it moving side to side. Many trucks use a single panhard bar, which swings through an arc as the suspension moves and pulls the axle slightly to one side as it does.

The Ranger Raptor uses a Watts link instead: an upper link and a lower link running from the frame to a center link on the axle housing. This type of system maintains the axle position with the least amount of side-to-side movement possible, and its motion stays more consistent through travel than a conventional panhard bar system.

Because the Watts link is doing that job on every bump, the strength and condition of its links and joints decide how well the axle stays centered. That is the part of the truck this kit upgrades.

Billet links

All of the components are made from 6061-T6 aluminum and CNC machined for strength and quality.

1" uniballs at the center

The center link uses 1" FK uniballs for smooth motion and strength, and the upper and lower links each carry a 1" uniball on their center side.

Ultra-Flex joints at the frame

The frame side mounts use our proprietary, patent-pending Ultra-Flex joint to keep noise down and provide a durable, serviceable joint.

Fits the Ford Ranger Raptor, 2024 and newer, with the factory rear Watts link system.

Available in raw billet aluminum, black anodized, FOX orange anodized and blue anodized.

What is a Watts link?

A three-piece linkage, an upper link, a lower link and a center link on the axle, that keeps the rear axle centered side to side as the suspension moves through its travel.

How is it different from a panhard bar?

A Watts link keeps the axle position with less side-to-side movement, and its motion stays more consistent through travel than a conventional panhard bar system.

What joints does it use?

1" FK uniballs at the center, and our patent-pending Ultra-Flex joint at the frame side of the upper and lower links.

What is it made from?
