2022-2026 Bronco Raptor - Lower A-Arm Slot Block Kit

An adjustment slot is a compromise: it lets the alignment be set, but the only thing holding the arm in position afterwards is bolt clamping force. Under a big hit off-road, that clamp can slip, the pivot bolt moves in the slot, and the truck comes out of alignment. Then it pulls, wears tires and handles differently side to side.

Filling the slot turns that adjustable mount into a fixed one. The plates leave only the bolt hole, so the bolt has nowhere to go, while you still choose the alignment position with the plates themselves.

Lower alignment is still done with the plates: the center block plates hold the arm at the center of the slot, and the offset plates hold it at full offset to the right or left. Pick the plate that gives the alignment you want, and it provides the strength needed to keep things in place.

The Foutz Motorsports team developed these lock out plates for the Bronco Raptor out of our off-road racing program with the 2017 Ford Raptor.

What does the slot block kit do?

It fills the alignment slot at the lower arm pivot so only the bolt hole is left, which stops the arm from being knocked out of alignment.

Can I still get an alignment?

Yes. Alignment is done with the center and offset plates; you choose the plate that gives the setting you want.
