The Modular Bed Organizer mounts to proprietary bolt-in cleats that sit flush with the bed ribs. Pull four quick-release pins and the whole organizer lifts out, leaving a smooth, fully usable bed floor.

That is the difference between a rack you live with and one you take off once and never reinstall. Most bed racks make you choose permanently between carrying gear and carrying cargo. This one does not.

We no longer build full tube chase racks as a catalogue product. The modular bed organizer replaced them, and it does more: it carries the same spares, fuel and gear, it takes a light mount add-on for rear-facing lighting, and unlike a welded chase rack it comes out of the truck in about a minute.

Can I still use the bed with the organizer installed?

Yes, though a dual tire carrier takes up meaningful space. The system is modular, so you can run the base and add to it. When you need the whole bed, four pins and it comes out.

Do I need to drill my bed?

The cleats bolt in and sit flush with the bed ribs. Fitment details are on each product page and in our install instructions.

Will a Gen 1 bed organizer fit a later Raptor?

Not directly. Bed dimensions and tie-down locations changed between generations, so order the version listed for your truck. For 2017 and up, see Gen 2 Bed Organizers and Bed Cages.

What size spare will the carrier hold?

Full-size truck spares including oversized off-road tires. Exact capacity is listed on each carrier's product page.

Can I run a tonneau cover?

Not with the rack in. It stands above the bed rails. Pull the four pins and the cover goes back on.

Is it made in the USA?

Yes. Designed, laser cut, machined and welded at our shop in Mesa, Arizona.
