2010-2014 Gen 1 Raptor Shackles - MIG Welded

As a leaf spring compresses it gets longer, and the shackle swings to let it. That makes the shackle a working part of the rear suspension, carrying the weight of the truck and every impact from the rear axle.

A boxed and strapped chromoly shackle resists twisting and bending under that load. Shackle length also sets where the rear of the truck sits, which is why these come in two extended lengths.

• Delrin bushing with a zinc plated steel sleeve, to help prevent corrosion while keeping suspension movement smooth in harsh conditions

• 6" extended shackle: lowers rear ride height approximately 1"
• 7" extended shackle: lowers rear ride height approximately 2"

Fits the Gen 1 Ford F-150 Raptor, model years 2010–2014. Also compatible with F-150 to Raptor conversion builds.

Designed to work with the factory rear springs, Deaver springs and ICON springs.

Suited to daily-driven and high-performance off-road Raptors. They pair especially well with the Foutz Motorsports bed cage and an 18" travel shock setup to help make the most of the available suspension travel.

The 7" extended shackle may require minor clearancing of the leading edge of the under-bed cross support. Depending on bed alignment, slight contact with the corner of the crossmember may occur.

What are they made from?

4130 chromoly, boxed and strapped, MIG welded and finished in black hammer texture powder coat.

Which length should I choose?

The 6" shackle lowers rear ride height about 1", the 7" about 2". The 7" may need minor clearancing at the under-bed cross support.

Will they work with my springs?

Yes, if you run the factory rear springs, Deaver springs or ICON springs. The shackles are designed to fit all three.

Will the 7" shackle need any modification?

Possibly. It may need minor clearancing of the leading edge of the under-bed cross support, and depending on bed alignment it may lightly contact the corner of the crossmember.
