FM17000024 tie rod taper spacer for FMI billet tie rod kits on the 2021 Ram TRX, the bottom taper adapter for the 7/8" rod end at the spindle. Made from 17-4 stainless steel for a 1/2" diameter bolt.

Where It Is Used

For use on FMI billet tie rod kits for the Ram TRX, as the bottom taper adapter of the 7/8" rod end at the spindle. The matching top spacer is FM17000025.

What It Does

A rod end has a straight bore, while the factory spindle has a tapered hole made for a tapered tie rod end stud. This adapter fills the difference under the rod end so the bolt clamps into the spindle taper.
