Dual Tire Carrier Quick Release Modular Bed Organizer

The base kit includes:

• 4 side post kits
• 2 floor cross members
• 4 quick release mount kits with pins
• 1 hardware kit for all mounting
• 1 center aluminum plate for a jack or other accessories

Add-on accessories are chosen from the options menu and are not part of the base kit.

Two spare tires, fuel and recovery gear need to be tied down solidly for a long run off the grid. The rest of the week, the same truck may need to haul something that fills the bed. A bolted-in rack makes you choose.

The quick release system retains the rack with a quick pin at each mount. Pull the pins and the organizer lifts out in minutes. What stays behind is a small cleat section that sits nearly even with the ribs of the bed, so you are not loading cargo around bulky mounting hardware.

The kit breaks down into sections, so the base kit can ship by UPS or FedEx rather than on a freight truck.

Works in all brands of full size trucks, and can also be used on a flat bed or trailer.

The mounts adjust right to left along the main cross member to suit different bed configurations. The carrier can be installed near the front of the bed by the cab, or at the back by the tailgate.

Start with the base kit and add accessories at any time later.

• Rear cargo section: keeps a cooler and other gear tied down. It fits with the carrier in either the front or rear bed position.
• Fuel jug carrier: mounts above the center jack area and carries two 5 gallon fuel jugs for runs where fuel is far away.
• Side plate: a mounting point for accessories such as a jack standing upright or a power tank.
• Side chase light mounts: hold a smaller light facing behind the truck as a chase light.

How big a tire will it carry?

The main section holds two tires up to 40". The space between the tubes is 13.5" wide.

How long does it take to remove?

Minutes. The rack is held by quick pins at the four quick release mounts.

What is left in the bed when it is out?

Only a small cleat section that sits nearly even with the bed ribs.

Will it fit my truck?

It is designed for all brands of full size trucks, and the mounts adjust side to side to suit the bed. It can also be used on a flat bed or trailer.

Can I add accessories later?

Yes. The cargo section, fuel jug carrier, side plate and chase light mounts can all be added down the road.
