A rear shock guard mud flap kit for the 2019–2020 Gen 2 Raptor with electric e-brake and the 2021–2026 Gen 3 Raptor and 2023–2026 Raptor R. An 18" long by 7" wide rubber flap on a steel bracket that bolts to the upper side of the factory frame.
Rear shocks that sit out in the open take everything the front tires throw back: rocks, mud and gravel. This kit puts a heavy rubber flap in front of the rear shock to shield it and the rest of the rear suspension from that debris. It is a recommended add-on for any truck with exposed rear shocks, such as a bed cage kit with side shock mounts.
What Is In The Kit

Why Guard The Rear Shocks
The front tires launch debris straight back at whatever sits behind them. On a stock-location shock that is partly hidden, but once the shocks are exposed, as they are on a bed cage build with side shock mounts, the shock body and shaft are directly in the line of fire.
A chip in a shock body or a nick on a shaft can damage seals and shorten the life of the shock. The 18" x 7" flap fully covers the shock and takes those hits instead, and it helps protect the other rear suspension components behind it.
How It Is Built
- Flap: 18" long x 7" wide, thick heavy-duty nylon-reinforced rubber for long-lasting durability.
- Bracket: steel, precision laser cut, CNC bent and MIG welded in-house.
- Finish: hammer black powder coat for durability and corrosion resistance.
Fitment
- Gen 2 Raptor, 2019–2020. The truck must have the electric e-brake.
- Gen 3 Raptor, 2021–2026, and Raptor R, 2023–2026.
Works with rear shocks in the stock location and with thru-the-bed mounted shocks.
Installation
The steel bracket bolts to the upper side of the factory Raptor frame. The kit arrives pre-assembled with the flaps attached and all required hardware included.
Questions
Do I need this if my shocks are in the stock location?
It is designed for trucks with exposed rear shocks, but it is compatible with both stock-location rear shocks and thru-the-bed mounted shocks.
Will it fit my 2019 or 2020 Gen 2 Raptor?
Yes, as long as the truck has the electric e-brake.
Does it fit the Raptor R?
Yes. It fits the 2021–2026 Gen 3 Raptor and the 2023–2026 Raptor R.
