Description
Extended rear shackles for the 2017–2020 Gen 2 Ford F-150 Raptor, built from 4130 chromoly and offered in 6" and 7" lengths. Boxed, MIG welded and strapped, with Delrin bushings in zinc-plated steel sleeves and a black hammer texture powder coat.
The shackle is the swinging link at the rear of the leaf spring, and its length and strength affect both ride height and how freely the spring can work. These are designed to work with stock, Deaver and ICON springs, and pair especially well with the Foutz Motorsports Gen 2 Shock Cage and 18" travel shocks to help maximize suspension travel.
Why Upgrade The Shackles
Every time the rear axle moves, the leaf spring changes length and the shackle swings to let it. On a truck that sees hard hits and long travel, that link takes a lot of load, and the bushing inside it has to keep pivoting without wearing out or seizing.
These shackles are boxed and strapped for strength, and the Delrin bushing runs in a zinc-plated steel sleeve to resist corrosion and prevent seizing over time. The extended lengths also let you set rear ride height and help a longer-travel rear end use its full range.

Length Options
6" extended: lowers ride height approximately 1".
7" extended: lowers ride height approximately 2". The 7" shackle may require minor clearancing of the leading edge of the under-bed cross support. Depending on bed alignment, slight contact with the crossmember may occur.
Fitment
Fits the Gen 2 Ford F-150 Raptor, model years 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Also compatible with F-150 to Raptor conversion builds.

The 6" shackle lowers ride height approximately 1". The 7" shackle lowers ride height approximately 2" and may need minor clearancing of the under-bed cross support.
