The main guard is made from 3/16" steel plate and MIG welded for strength and durability.

It bolts directly to the existing lower link mount on the frame and improves the approach angle around the mount, helping the truck slide over rocks and other obstacles without getting hung up as easily.

The bottom angle of the guard is covered with High Density Polyethylene (HDPE).

The low-friction plastic surface is designed to slide more easily over rocks and other obstacles, reducing the drag that can occur when the steel portion of the guard contacts the ground.
