THIS KIT IS DESIGNED TO:

• Replace the thin stamped OEM coil bucket structure with a fully fabricated, high-strength design

• Spread load across a boxed, reinforced architecture to reduce stress concentration points

• Support longer-travel shocks, higher spring rates, and repeated hard bottom-outs

• Reduce the risk of cracking and fatigue in high-performance off-road builds

• Improve durability under aggressive desert and high-speed off-road conditions

FABRICATED COIL BUCKET STRUCTURE:

• Full OEM coil bucket replacement designed for increased strength and durability

• Engineered for high-load suspension systems and aggressive off-road use

• Reinforced geometry to better handle repeated impact and compression cycles

FEATURES - REINFORCEMENT RING PLATES

• Designed to spread the load of the shocks to prevent the front strut tower from cracking and will help strengthen the shock bucket

• Precision laser cut in-house from 3/16" thick steel

• Bolt-on support rings for easy installation with no modifications required

• Uses factory hardware for a clean, direct-fit installation 

FEATURES - VERTICLE CORNER GUSSET PLATES

• Includes corner gusset plates for added structural reinforcement

• Strategically designed to strengthen high-stress junction points

• Helps distribute load and reduce flex in extreme driving conditions

INSTALLATION NOTICE

• Welding and structural modification to the factory frame is required
