2022+ Ford Bronco Raptor Parts & Upgrades
The largest selection of American-made performance upgrades for the 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor — engineered and manufactured in-house by Foutz Motorsports, the team that built the very first Raptor to race the Baja 1000.
The Ford Bronco Raptor is the most capable off-road SUV Ford has ever built. Powered by a 3.0L twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 producing 418 HP and 440 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 10-speed transmission, FOX 3.0 Live Valve internal-bypass shocks, and a track 8.6 inches wider than the standard Bronco — it's a factory desert runner straight off the dealer lot. Our Bronco Raptor parts catalog is built to take that platform further: more travel, more protection, better geometry, and bolt-on upgrades that hold up to real punishment.
What's in this collection
This collection contains every Bronco Raptor upgrade we offer, fitting 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor models, organized into the following categories:
Suspension & Long-Travel Kits — Mid-travel front suspension kits with FOX 3.0 bypass shocks, billet and fabricated lower control arms (stock-width and extended), billet upper control arms, rear mid-travel kits with bypass shock mounts and hydraulic bump stops, billet rear upper and lower suspension arms with Ultra-Flex joints, adjustable billet Panhard bars (Heim joint and Johnny Joint), front limit strap kits, and Hyperco 2-inch heavy-duty lift springs.
Lift Kits & Leveling — Lift collar kits from 1 inch to 2.5 inches, billet aluminum top hats for stock shocks (stock height, 1-inch Phase 1, and 1.5-inch Phase 2 lift), and front leveling kits — all designed to keep ride quality and live-valve function intact.
Skid Plates & Underbody Protection — Full-belly skid plates, fuel tank skid plates, rear differential skid plates, rear shock skids, lower control arm skid plates, rear lower arm frame guards with HDPE slides, lower arm pivot gusset kits, and the Active Suspension Control Module protective guard.
Steering & Tie Rod Reinforcement — Full billet tie rod kits, half billet tie rod kits, and tie rod support sleeves — direct answers to the well-documented Bronco Raptor stock tie rod weakness under hard off-road use.
Light Mounts — Front bumper light mount brackets for the stock modular bumper and universal front light mount kits compatible with any auxiliary off-road lights.
GPS Mounts & Interior Storage — Fold-down roof-panel GPS mounts for Garmin Tread-XL, Lowrance HDS7 LIVE, and Lowrance HDS7 CARBON units, plus Adapt-A-Panel interior roof storage systems (front, rear, and across-the-cabin configurations) and tailgate folding tables with Milwaukee PACKOUT mounting plates.
Accessories — Camber alignment slot blocks, sway bar link kits for fabricated lower arms, fabricated bypass shock mount kits, lower arm rear pivot reinforcement brackets, and third brake light antenna mounts.
Frequently asked questions
Will these parts fit my 2023, 2024, or 2025 Bronco Raptor? Yes. All parts in this collection are engineered to fit the 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor. Ford has not made platform changes between model years that affect fitment of our suspension, protection, or accessory parts.
What is the difference between lift collars, top hats, and a full mid-travel kit? Lift collars sit between the stock shock and the chassis to add ride height (1 to 2.5 inches available). Billet top hats replace the stock plastic top hat for a stronger mount and can be ordered at stock height or with built-in lift (1 inch or 1.5 inch). A full mid-travel kit replaces the stock control arms with longer, stronger arms and adds bypass shocks for significantly more wheel travel and damping control — the right choice for high-speed desert running.
Do I need to upgrade my tie rods? The Bronco Raptor's stock tie rods are a known weak point under aggressive off-road use, especially when running larger tires or hitting whoops. Our billet half tie rod kit reinforces the inner section, and the full billet tie rod kit replaces the entire assembly with billet aluminum components.
Will lift kits affect the Bronco Raptor's live-valve suspension? Our top hat and lift collar kits are designed to maintain factory FOX Live Valve function and ride quality. The active suspension control module remains operational.
Where are these parts made? Every Foutz Motorsports-branded part in this collection is designed, machined, fabricated, and assembled in the United States at our Arizona facility. We've been manufacturing off-road performance parts since 1998.
How long does shipping take? In-stock items typically ship within 48 hours and arrive in 3 to 5 business days within the U.S. Built-to-order items run 4 to 6 weeks. Next-day shipping is available on domestic orders. We ship to the United States and Canada directly.
Why buy Bronco Raptor parts from Foutz Motorsports
We built the first Ford Raptor to race the Baja 1000 in 2009. Founder Greg Foutz has more wins in production stock-class Raptor race trucks than any other driver, and that race-truck knowledge goes directly into every part we sell — including dozens of first-to-market upgrades for the Bronco Raptor platform. Whether you're hammering Johnson Valley, prerunning Baja, or just want your Bronco Raptor to outlast the stock parts, this is the catalog built by the team that knows the platform best.
