2015-2025 Ford F-150 Lower Arm Pocket Replacement Kit

The Foutz Motorsports F-150 Lower Arm Pocket Replacement Kit helps strengthen the lower pockets where the lower control arm attaches.

This area takes the brunt of hard hits during aggressive off-roading, especially when the truck has aftermarket bumper upgrades. When exposed, the edge is more prone to rolling or ripping off on impact—leading to structural damage or complete failure. 

Our kit is designed to reinforces the lower control arm mounting pockets on your F-150 by providing added strength and durability in one of the truck’s most stressed suspension points.

Features:

• Works with stock arms or any aftermarket arms, including long-travel kits.
• Compatible with alignment blocks, slot delete kits, and 2015–2025 Ford F-150 4x4 frames. 
• Strengthens the lower control arm pockets on 2015–2025 Ford F-150 4x4 frames 
• Made from 4130 Chromoly material for maximum strength and includes a .250” thick lower ring support plate.
• Includes a right and left pocket to weld into the frame, a tool plate for proper alignment, and two longer bolts.
• Parts are MIG welded for ultimate durability and strength
• Heavy-Duty pockets are shipped raw, and require installation by a qualified fabricator.  

Fitment Notes:

• ✅ Fits all 2015–2025 Ford F-150 4x4 frames.
  
• ❌ Not compatible regular 2WD F-150 frames.
  

Installation Notes:

• ⚠️This kit requires welding & removal of stock lower control arm pocket and must be installed by a qualified fabricator
